Cube Timer for Rubiks Cubes Hack 3.3.2 + Redeem Codes

I just got my GAN 13 Maglev in the mail about a month ago, and when I learned how to solve it I would be asking my dad, mom or sister to time me. I had gotten a time of 1 minute 26 seconds. I was really proud of my self and so were my parents! But there was a problem, my family members were having a hard time to stop the timer. ( Keep in mind that they were timing me on my iPhone and we used the stopwatch that the phone provided) so I got this app and it has helped me to stop the timer by my self! Great app!

This app is not very user friendly and has a few usability bugs that I can’t get over. Firstly, the amount of settings for the app is laughably small. No font size options, no sounds for inspection time countdown, only a few preset inspection time options, no customizable decimal separator (and it doesn’t even default to the device default), and no options for +2 or DNF tracking. Additionally, if your device’s dark mode is on, you can’t change half of the settings as the option picker pop up has white text on a white background. Also, considering that there’s so much blank space on the screen, why can’t there be buttons (or the option to have buttons) for deleting times or generating new scrambles? There’s no logical reason why up should be delete and down is new scramble, and it takes me more presses to look up which gesture is which than to just have buttons.

Deleting times doesn’t actually remove them so they still show up in averages

When you look at past times they are in a random order. And even worse, every time you view them they are in a *new* random order.

Stopping is tap only, if you accidentally “swipe” (which you’ll probably do when trying to move quickly to stop the timer) the timer will keep going, you HAVE to tap.

$4 for dark mode. Huge rip off for what probably took the developers all of 5 minutes to implement. Also each purchase is separate, $4 to remove ads (a little steep but fair enough) $4 for dark mode, and $4 for advanced statistics.

I haven’t gotten the upgrade for advanced statistics because if they can’t figure out how to average some numbers and order a basic list I don’t trust that any advanced statistics would be worth their salt.

You also can’t keep sessions between closing and opening the app. I like having a running average of 5 but if you want to see your average of 5 you need to solve a minimum of 5 times each time you use the app, can’t just do a quick 1 or 2 solve session when you have a second.

This app has a great base in the fact the UI is simple and clean, has swipeable actions for delete/new mix, but unless they make some much need bug fixes this app is a no go.

This app is great! You can read the reviews from other people, and the layout, scramble, and timer itself is amazing! The app is great, and only one thing can make it better.

This app has ads. When I was looking for an app, I was looking for one that didn’t say ‘In-App Purchases’ because my logic was, well, if you don’t have to pay for anything, then 1, it’s completely free, and 2, there are no ‘Premium’ or ‘Ad Removal’ packages, meaning that the app was ad-free.

But sadly, no. When I first opened the app, I realized that the developer needed money in some way. But the ads don’t show while the timer is on. They only pop-up after you timed yourself, or while in the settings of the app. Otherwise, there’s just a small ad at the bottom of the screen, which really isn’t bothersome. My only problem is the big pop-ups. (may I also add that some of the advertisements are VERY inappropriate)

I have three suggestions for this developer:
a. Remove the big pop-ups that distract speedcubers
b. (or) Add an ‘Ad Removal’ option for like $0.99-$2.99
c. In the description of the app, write something like, “Disclaimer: This app has ads” or something like that

But otherwise, I love the concept of this app! Keep up the great work 👍

I really do love this app. You can customize almost anything you want. And I mean like the time inspection. When you can inspect the cube before solving it. And you can delete your time. And it also gives you a session average which is really helpful. The part where it has so e problems is where when you try to change the type of cube you will solve it glitches. So if you want to change it from a 3x3 to a 2x2 it will say “ok ready” and then when you exit out it is still set on the 3x3 mode. Also when you are changing the type of cube the box pops up to change it but there is nothing in it. But I think this is a really great app and it is definitely worth buying.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. Simple timer, tracks your times, scrambles, it even has a graph to display your times. The only problem is that the ads are very annoying. The banner ads I don’t care about, as it seems most people don’t, but those video ads that play after you finish a solve almost every time are extremely annoying. I’d be will to pay $0.99 -$2.99 for those to be removed. Maybe even up to $4.99 since I would start to use this app daily. I’d immediately change my rating to 5 stars if you added a remove ad option, since the rest of the app is pretty much perfect.

This app is amazing, the timer is easy to use, it keeps track of your times (ect.) but sometimes I accidentally press the screen when I solve my cube. And you can’t delete times individual, you can only delete all your times or all your 3x3x3 times. So I just ask that the developers see this and add the feature to delete individual times, don’t change anything else and just add the feature to delete individual times.

I use it for timing my solves (obviously) and I like how simple everything is. Just select the puzzle and tap the screen to start & stop the timer. I only have one thing I’d add to the app. Maybe for the “Other” option you should be able to select what kind of scramble you’d like (3x3 scramble, 2x2, etc.) for different types of puzzles like mirror cubes. Also maybe be able to add more “Other” sections and be able to rename them. Other then that I like the app.

I love this app and use it often but there are a couple things I would change. There are quite a lot of adds but I don’t have much of a problem with them, however I do find it unfair that you have to pay for dark mode??? A couple of suggestions I have is a button to add 2 seconds to a time after completing it in case you were one move off (just like in competitions) as well as a button in settings to erase your previous time but not all of them.

I thought this was going to be a great app, I thought I would’ve seen my statistics, my averages, and it even included dark mode. But little did I know, that I had to pay $4 for dark mode alone! And another $4 for my stats! The worst part is that it includes ads. I understand that this company needs to make money but I would’ve like it if they told me about this before I downloaded it.

But in the little bit I tried it seemed decent enough to be a actually good timer if I had bought everything. If you don’t mind buying it, I would probably recommend this app.
