Not right
The game has a show symbol in the top left corner and does not go away. When you hit it , it looks like a keyboard for testing.
Update Tuesday May 24th. The game is fixed and was quite good. I had no problems after the fix. The game I think was rushed without checking it first but it does work now. So now I will give 3 stars instead of 5 because it had to be fixed which players do not deserve.

Cursed Fables: White as Snow by LynxMinx
Once Elephant dealt with the quality assurance issues, this was actually a cute little game. It had an ironic twist in regards to the fairy tale Snow White. Instead of a princess bewitched by her evil stepmother, Snow White was a malevolent vampire. I am not a fan of vampires but the game was an enjoyable romp, with lots of interesting characters, some of whom were actually altruistic. The game was a decent length inclusive of the bonus adventure. The graphics were pleasant and pretty. Collectibles included puzzle pieces and character voodoo dolls. The HO scenes had a good variety. Many of the mini-games were rotational, and I am quite tired of those. The basic gameplay featured the usual addictive element and at least had some interesting inventory usage. At times several of the mini-games were difficult to manipulate. In a couple of locations, the screen went “black” except for areas where one needed to use an inventory tool. If not for mediocre quality assurance, I would not have deducted a star. My rating will remain at 4 stars. Happy gaming, everyone, and please be sure to update your reviews as this game was fixed! If you don’t do so, others won’t play and we won’t receive games from this developer. I have been informed that Haunted Hotel and Mystery Trackers have been retired, but there will be a couple of new series. Let’s look forward to those and hope that Elephant can get a handle on their quality assurance ineptitude!

Glitchy & Freezes

Problem’s Fixed… Currently I am part of the way through the bonus game and everything is working correctly. I am enjoying the new storyline “take” on a classic fairytale. Thanks for fixing the issues. Great game!

Fun game
I just finished playing this game and I experienced absolutely no issues with the game play.
The Hidden Object Puzzles were a bit different, and required some thinking and seeking skills.
The Logic puzzles were logical, and not beyond solving. Did I solve all of them the first time? No. Did I need to skip any? No.
The map is extremely helpful for transporting to locations. It also shows you if all the ‘extra’ objects still need to be found. Kudos to the artistic team hiding the puzzle pieces! They did a great job.

What is wrong?
Update, started over and still freezes. Weird numbers come up and it won’t move forward. Bummer.
I just got this as soon as it was available. I haven’t gotten that far in the free trial part (I always play first before purchasing) and it is completely frozen. I will delete it and try downloading one more time to see if it’s just a glitch. I will update if I can get the game going again.

Good Game
Had no problems with the game play once developer made some fixes. Enjoyed the game thoroughly. The game only had 3 chapters plus bonus. Seems a bit much to shorten the games since we are already paying more for each game . 🙁 Nevertheless, thank you developers for a fun game.

Spence I contacted the developers though there website, they have corrected the issues. I was able to reinstall the game and played Though the complete game. I was also able hit already purchased without any problems .

Updated review: The devs fixed the glitch promptly and the game works perfectly now, so please don’t hesitate to buy! It’s a great one in their lineup, I love the twist on the classic Snow White tale that reverses the roles and makes her the villain. Beautiful graphics, gorgeous scenery, and innovative HOPs made this an enjoyable experience!

Doesn’t work, please help
Game freezes in dining room after inserting cross key into secret room door. This happened multiple times on the free intro part and sometimes those glitches resolve once you pay for the game but at $6.99, I didn’t want to risk it. Please Ms. Developer. Using an iPad A2316 which should be compatible. Otherwise looked like a great game though older. Storylines are usually better in the old games.
