HR in TX,
How well did I do?
I just downloaded this app. So far I’m adequately satisfied with the purchase. One thing I noticed that I would like is some way for the student to feel accomplishment. Like a ding sound when the word is completed and maybe a score or a color showing how close the student is to the example. I’m thinking the parts of the word you get correct highlight green while those that do not line up turn red. Just an idea. Just some way of the student knows they’ve completed the word and a way to evaluate how correct they are.
Charlotte@40,
Best one in the store
I tried a few. My values were 1) pleasing to the eye 2) I can add my own words 3) My student can practice both words and letters 4) Joined-up writing. This app fulfilled that best.

I took off a point because you can't switch to slanted cursive. It's all straight up and down like print. Which is great for beginners, but not for more advanced students.

I added a point back because there are no obnoxious dings and beeps and graphic effects, like in other apps. This is for a dignified and self-monitoring student.

5 stars.
