In this update, we've introduced offline functionality to enhance your experience when there's no internet connection. While offline, you can now:
- Create new patient cases or general questions, with or without attachments
- Access your case lists (New Requests, In Progress...) and view the 5 most recent cases in each
- View image thumbnails and full-sized image attachments
- Respond to cases
As soon as you regain internet access, simply open the Cybersight app, and any changes you made offline will automatically sync. We'd love to hear your thoughts on these new features - please feel free to email us at
