It’s late in the afternoon and you haven’t maxed out your points. How many more exercise minutes do you need to put in? How will additional move calories affect this number? What about the Stand hours you can still score?
With Défi, you can plan your best route to 600 points by playing with the Move, Exercise and Stand values to see what the resulting score would be. This will help you determine where to most effectively concentrate your efforts in the time you have left.
Apple Health integration: In order to establish the starting point from which you can plan how to best reach 600 points, Défi needs to access your Apple Health data to read your move calories, stand hours, exercise time, and move goal (calories/day). Défi does not update your health data. This data it reads is used only in the app. It is neither collected nor is it shared with anyone.
