Daily Scale is an easy way to track your daily caloric balance. It tracks the calories you burn (active and inactive) along with the calories that you log into the app to give you an idea of how many calories you're either burning or consuming on any given day.
Daily Scale links to your Apple Health app (HealthKit) in order to display active calories burned, active calories burned, and weight. Any metrics you log to Daily Scale (meals, weights) are also recorded in your Apple Health app (and will remain there even if you decide to delete the Daily Scale).
It should be noted that the app works best when the user wears an Apple Watch on a regular basis in order to calculate how many calories are being burned (Apple Watch use strongly encouraged)
