Not bad at all
This is a great app. Like any other, it has its pros and cons, but for DailySkins its pros outweigh the cons. Some cons include that it is too difficult to win expensive or semi-expensive skins. This is very true. However, you can get a great deal of points for free through offers which ACTUALLY WORK!!! That means you can make a few cents without spending any of your own money. Another con is there is no variety. You always win the same skins/lose points. The final con(s) is pricing. Cases are way too expensive on weekdays, and still kind of expensive on weekends. Plus, you have to pay for premium cases which aren't actually that good. Furthermore, premium isn't that good because it has almost no features. That's it for the cons, however. My first pro is, well, free skins. Skins are actually winnable, although they are cheap. You can also get points for free. This app is great for making a few cents without having to spend any money. Another great thing is customer service. Excellent. 5 stars. The best. Replies are almost always within 24 hours and not one of my problems has gone unresolved. Plus, they don't get frustrated with you when you act stupid (totally not a reference to meee) or when you mess something up (also not a meee reference). Overall, I would totally recommend this app to people who want free skins that are easy to get (although you do eventually run out of free, easy offers to complete).

Pretty good app
I like the app and I have won a lot of free skins, which is great, but I can't give it 5 stars because I did an offer that took a lot of my time and was worth a lot of credits. I went back to the app after I finished the offer and it said I never even clicked on the offer. I asked support about the problem and they said to contact the company who provided the tasks. I did (in my case it was offertoro) and they said to use the support ticket function in the app. I tried to use that several times but every time I pressed submit, the app crashes. I don't know, that could just be a problem with my device but I went back to offertoro and I couldn't submit another ticket for some reason.
Despite all that, I still give it 4 stars because I have gotten good skins from this app. Note to developers, fix the offertoro support ticket submit button if the problem is on your end, not offertoro's. Otherwise I guess there's nothing that can be done.

Redeeming an item
Overall the app is fantastic and probably the best CS:GO case opening app. It's a little bit annoying that you have to redeem your trade offer within 4 hours. Sometimes I have more important things to do in my life and I can't get around redeeming my items around the 4 hour time frame. I really wish there was a redeem option where you could send a request for the item you've won. And redeem it right then and there within the 48 hour mark. This is just an idea I had in mind and I wanted to share to the app developers and random people who stumble across this review. Thank you DailySkins for being a good app and I hope you can get across this Issue/Idea

Good idea, fix the many issues

Recently, the app has taken a turn for the worst. To Give some background, when they send a trade offer with your skin, it used to be available to you for 4 hours. Sometime in November they had a special offer for a case and gave a special message saying: “this weekend only, we are changing the time that the trade will be available to 1 hour.” This trade time has never changed. Many times, I have missed a trade that they have sent because the trade time is only 1 hour. Also, they don’t send the trade offer instantly after you open a case and receive a skin. Sometimes it takes three hours or more, making it even harder to catch the trade. Shame on you developers for changing this and not letting people know. This is a total scam

I have downloaded many apps, filled out many surveys and information pages, and signed up for a free trial or two without gaining any points. I have tried to submit screenshots to prove that I actually did the offers, but the app crashes every time I try. It’s like the devs know that the offer doesn’t work but they put it on the offer page just to make more money. If you fix these offers and make all of them work, then this app will be great. Planned to put my money in but I'm afraid now
I was playing with daily coins for a week with this app. I opened many small cases and got a 6cents field tested glock 18 skin. It said it will send me in 24hours and as soon as they sent me I can receive a notification from the app. Well, it was 12P.M. so I went sleep. Tomorrow morning, woke up, no notifications. Till afternoon I checked again in this app. It said I missed the chance. I was sure that I applied my trade URL and the app said so too. And I was sure that I turned on the notification of the app because I can receive the reminder of my daily credits. I was really disappointed from this little skin you guys didn't send me. I had 25 dollars in my iTunes and I was planning to put all of these money into the app. Because steam doesn't support iTunes credit. And you guys are the only one app that I can 'convert' the iTunes credit to csgo skins. Now I'm just afraid of it happening again. Plz give me a reply, thx

Amazing but.....
This app is amazing! The only problems I have is that some cases can be empty. I understand that it's for game balance but the first case I ever opened was empty and it made me want to not play. The second case I opened I got a profit of points which lead me to look at the point profit probability which was surprisingly low. The 3rd case I opened I recently a chroma 2 and received it almost instantly. Overall great app! But I feel like they are trying to balance skins a little too much like adding a timer balance on cases. I have no problems with the way the app runs or the offers videos or free points. I plan to continue using this app and believe I (and the company) will make some serious profit from this app.

New customer and already upset
I like the app, looks clean and nice. I did encounter an issue however that was NOT fixed in a good way.
At around 11:00 pm yesterday, I downloaded the app, pulled my daily and decided to put 2$ into the game to get ahead quick. I pulled my first case and got a skin I liked. I proceeded to put my trade url in but instantly got an error occured message. As I emailed the devs, I got no response. Being it that it was already late, I checked my email and the app sent an email saying I would get my skin within 4 hours. I fell asleep at 3:30, 4 and a half hours after I had pulled my skins and still had the error occured message. My skin ended up sending at 4:06, about 5 hours after my pull when I was supposes to get it in 4. Being it that I was fast asleep from being also deprived waiting, I misses the 4 hour window to claim... Turns out there wasn't an error after all... Unless I get some sort of compensation, my review will not change on the app. Its a nice app, not good payouts.
UPDATE: The owners of the app continue to say it was my fault even though I abided to their rules and refuse to give me the skin.
2nd UPDATE: Another problem happened in their PUBG skins app, developers gave me the same response... Just great...

Excellent App
This app is the best you can get as an alternative for skin gambling, while still offering a way to obtain skins without spending real money. The point system is simple and much more rewarding than other point - based apps. The cases, however, do not produce that many skins, but face it, if this app had all of the CSGO skins, it would be too good to be true. The skin selection available is quite nice especially since the app does not require much of the user. The trading is trustworthy and effective. The only problem is that in rare cases, after completing a task, you are not rewarded the points, but you can send in a support ticket. Love my new skins!

Great App Overall but bad cases
I completely understand that you guys have to make money but I rarely get a skin I'm level 12 and I have spent a little bit of money on this app. In my cases from today and yesterday (opened every premium both days) I never got a skin only less points than what it costed me and today 2 empty cases. Could you fix this to at least give us a chance? I have been going away from this app lately. I want to keep using it because it has great potential but it's hard when I'm losing way more money than I put in. I understand I'm gonna lose a tad bit of money but not the amount that I am. If you read this thank you and please take these suggestions into consideration!

offers don’t work
i’ve completed multiple offers but not a single point has been added to my account. The cases all end up being empty or points, this app is 98% a scam!
edit: i’ve been on this app for about a week now and have won three skins. although not amazing skins, still skins. The offers i have done recently all came through(except one) and I think i’ve been getting lucky with the cases as well. The claiming process was very simple and quick for me, unlike many others. This app is a slow but steady way to get free skins, and I would recommend!
