Just o.k.
Found the beginning of the game interesting & had high hopes. However, characters seemed to have gotten lost and the storyline took a bizarre turn. Storyline did not have a nice flow to it. Teleporting map provided, hidden object scenes were unique at times. Puzzles, I thought were too easy. Would have like to have seen more interaction with the characters. Not thrilling, but not terrible. Still am hoping Big Fish will give us more than 2 games a week - as this is just not enough. I don't like having to keep from playing a game in order to have something daily to play. We dream team players need to continue to make our request heard. Big Fish will make more money and we will be happier gamers. New releases used to be daily. As far as daily deals go, we regular gamers have already played these games, so this is nothing extra. Let's make our voices heard and hopefully we will see some extra new releases. P.S. - I am not sorry for this purchase, just had No WOW factor.

OK, I guess but . . .
Trying game on a trial and probably won't purchase it. Graphics are not the best on my iPad. A lot of flickering and freezing. When trying to pick an object, sometimes you only have to be close or tap it a few times. Would appreciate labels or some way to identify what's in your inventory. Hard to know.

Unfinished games
Yet another game that can't be finished bc of glitches. We spend too much money on these games to not be able to finish them. I would rather wait on the games to come out then waste my money so they can come out quicker. This happens entirely too often. I've played a lot of these games, and every game has a glitch in it. Unfortunately, too many of them can't be completed bc of these "glitches". Then trying to get your money back is almost impossible. Take ur time developing them. Have someone play them before you put them out to the public. Fix the glitches before you make people pay for them.
The map to the woods in the bonus game doesn't work. Not to mention, many other glitches that made playing this game annoying like so many others. I used the hint because that fixes the problem in a lot of games, but didn't work in this one. I got out of the game. Still no good. Nobody wants to delete the app and replay the game. Especially, when your at the end.

Needs work!
The developers wanted to be clever with this one, adding on things that need to be turned, or moved. The problem is that they didn't do a good job of allowing the player to pick up and turn or move the objects.
I gave up trying to move the key parts, though I've done that type of puzzle many times before. I would try to chose a piece to move, but it won't move, but another part might move that I hadn't chosen! Wow!
Putting the puzzle pieces into a frame was okay IF you could tap the piece and move it to the arrows. The same problem happened with the pieces to another puzzle. I found the missing pieces, brought them to the puzzle and tried to get them to turn. When I got them to the arrows, they'd jump back to where they had been. It took several minutes to get just one piece in place!
The "find the knives" puzzle was pretty lame, too.
Lots of moving around for no apparent reason.
Could be a good game, I think, but it isn't. Back to the drawing board, guys. You've got lots of work to do!
And, I'm glad to see BF bring back the trial games! I bet they were losing lots of sales! I know I wouldn't buy without trying first. I wonder if they fired the genius who came up with that idea!
Now, let's get back to producing quality games. I don't need the "clever" twists to the puzzles. I just want a game that's fun and glitch free!

Game Has Frozen
The game was fun, except for a few glitches with some of the mini games. I was determined to see it through, though, until the game froze. I'm at the point where I'm outside the church. The leaves still blow by and the sound continues, but nothing happens. I contacted Big Fish support, and we tried everything (closing open apps, playing in airplane mode, restarting the iPad, etc.). Heck, I even deleted the game and started from the beginning. Frozen again in the exact same location. The BFG support rep said I could either weigh & see if the developer released a fix, or ask Apple for a refund, with Big Fish's blessings. I'm leaving this review in hopes that the developer might see it and investigate the problem. I've seen two other people with similar issues post in the forum. Pretty please fix the game!

D.D. Blade Master - sad addition to what was a great series
Izzy said it well. Storyline is limp and anemic, objects are difficult to use and retrieve from the inventory, game is short, bonus game won't let you add the map of the woods so you don't get to finish. I'm very disappointed! Verdict: pass unless you have nothing better to do like clean the cat box or laundry.

Meh game
Game was meh, hidden object puzzles were fun but the side games could get tricky. Object drag and drop was hard too since sometimes it wouldn’t work when you put the object on top of another, had to place it to the side for it to work. Really liked the skyward and the other phantom of the opera games that big fish removed. Would rather have those updated and released again.

Don't buy this!
I guess I didn't read the reviews before I purchased. Hopefully, you are reading them carefully. Worst thing was that the game would not move past the part where it unlocked despite deleting and adding it several times. Therefore, it was just robbery and a waste of money. The hint button is much slower than other games but it had some cool mini games and good things going for it until it quit.

I'm really enjoying this game. It makes you think. I love the interaction HO's. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I had to select objects several times before I could get a hold of an object, but don't let that deter you from enjoying this entertaining gem.

Not worth it - even at a discount
I'm 3/4 through and there is a puzzle piece that is made missing (note it's not that I couldn't find it, once I gathered the pieces it split into a jigsaw and one piece is gone). Can't move on with this piece; have tried all tips and nothing helps. Not worth reloading and starting over, as others have mentioned the story is blah and some take several tries to use.
