Please fix it, I wanna continue playing
It’s a fun game but I paid for the full thing but every time I tried to enter it would crash. Please fix this!!!!

Sad and betrayed
I was able to collect the moon piece and place it into the lock for the door, but the app keeps crashing on me. I paid the full price for this game- it’s really enjoyable and has kept me entertained. I really want to finish this game 😩. Please fix this!!! If that isn’t possible I’d prefer to be reimbursed in full and then some for all my money and time I spent on this game.

Crashing same place as all the others
After collecting the moon and sun i can’t move without crashing!
Tried rebooting game, rebooting ipad. tried a variety of actions to see if it would bypass that point. No action prevents a crash.
FYI there is a crackling sound just before it boots me out. Please fix. This hasn’t happened in a game for over ten years. Would rather fix than refund but if you are unable to correct the issue, I will need a refund!

I thought the game was excellent
I totally love the game all the way through it was an awesome game I played again any day had no problems with it freezing up or anything

Freezes 😡
Played all the way until the green house when I finally got the moon 🌙 piece to open the door. Won’t let me move on. it keeps booting me out. Reloaded from the App Store now it says I didn’t pay 😡. Not happy about having to replay the whole game. Better not crash the same place again or I want my $ back. It’s a shame really loved the game up until that point.

I have restarted this game and followed instructions to update my phone and such but it will not stop crashing on me . Please fix this !!! I paid full price for the game

Crashing!
I’ve had to delete and reload the app several times and each time I had to start all over again. Love the game but very frustrated right now.

Games crashes after paying full price
Once I completed the free trial, I liked the game so much & wanted to continue so I purchased the games, at full price, and when I tried to continue, no matter what I do in game, as soon as I try to complete an action, the game crashes, shuts down & goes to my Home Screen. Plz help, fix the game or let me know how to get a refund PLEASE!

I Pain for the full game and the app keeps on crashing i really love these games but if it keeps crashing and not letting me continue I am going to think twice before buying games from this brand. Please please fix this bug!
