Awesome game! until crashed!
so far no technical issues! and a lot better than i thought it was going to be, just love it! the scenes are fabulous and the graphics are spectacular well pleased for the price...once i got to the doll and trying to move around to other rooms and use map, continuously crashed. no matter what i tried so glad i only paid 99 cents. Gosh what a disappointment, 😫 well deleted and reloaded game and has done okay so far got through the doll boat scene.

Good Game
I got this game with the bundle and after reading the reviews my expectations weren't very high for this game but it turned out well. There wasn't any crashing for me but I did have to turn off my auto lock because it would freeze if it locked or I accidentally brought my bottom settings menu. The game was long in my opinion but in the end I still felt like a lot was unexplained which isn't uncommon in the Dark Parables series. The puzzles were clever but I hate being penalized for rapid tapping lol and the x, ?, and gears symbols were annoying don't know why but they bothered me. Bottom line is it was a very good long hidden object game. :)

I started it several times since I bought it & it always crashed at the same place. Thank you so much for fixing the glitch!
I have done everything in the section on crashing- several times. I have restarted this game at least 4 times since I bought it. It always crashes in the room with the seahorse fountain (greenhouse?). I don't want to start over anymore. Liked the game - up until then! Really like big fish hidden object adventure games but I'm afraid to buy any more. I have upgraded to a 6s phone & it still crashes. Disappointed.

Waste of money
I love the Dark Parables series but since I'm in between computers right now, I'm forced to play on my cell. Anyways, this game has crashed on me twice now. Once is no big deal, it's frustrating to start over from the beginning, but I'll live. Second time means you have a bad product and it should be fixed asap! I had gotten much farther the second time but I have no desire to start from the beginning all over, again. Major flaw in the system and they can't blame my phone on it since it's less than 3 months old. Like I said, don't waste your money. Unless you enjoy the feeling of losing all the progress you've made in games before you could finish them, of course. If that's the case, then this is the game for you!

Re-Crashing
Updated Review: I had to delete the app and reinstall it in order for the game to work without crashing. The game was great when it wasn't crashing, but the way I had to fix it meant I started over from the beginning and I had been pretty far into the game already (so this was a disappointing solution). I hope in the future they spend a bit longer on the games so this problem doesn't happen again.

EXTREMELY disappointed!
Let me just say, I'm getting REALLY frustrated with this game and the Big Fish company. It looks like the game is crashing in many different places. I have had this game for about a month and a half and I have tried to restart the game at least 10 times within that time frame. Each time I try it, it crashes at a different spot. Like many other people here, I LOVE the dark parable game series. HOWEVER, if this problem is not resolved, not only will I never buy a Big Fish game again, I will have to recommend that no one I know buys this game simply because it would be an absolute waste of their money since the company does not seem capable enough to fix this MASSIVE issue!

Crashes during Chapter Five!
I was enjoying the game pretty well until it repeatedly crashed and closed the whole game during Chapter Five. It would let me start a new game, but if I tried to continue my saved game, it would crash no matter what. I really don't want to start over when it may do the same thing again!
The game was pretty good until the crash. I liked how if you clicked Hint on normal mode, you could just click on the map to go to the suggested room. The hidden object scenes were really fun. I felt like the art and story were not as compelling as some of the other Dark Parables games.

Loved this game!
I thought it was really fun. The story was a bit silly, but the characters were beautiful rendered and it was far from the worst story I ever played! I enjoyed the type of HOP they had in this game. It had more Chapters than many games. Overall, it was much more fun and engrossing than I expected it to be! I also enjoyed running around the castle trying to find the next door to go through.

I am currently stuck in the greenhouse, the current active objective is 'Find a way to break through the magic barrier.' And every adjacent room has a star indicating that there is something to do.
Trying to exit to one of these rooms crashes the app, trying to use the map to travel to any location results in crashing the app.
I've tried force-quitting the app and restarting the device, next is to restart the game but judging from the other comments posted here that will likely not resolve anything.

Another Great Game
I’ve gotten most, if not all, of the Dark Parables games and I honestly have loved them all. This game crashed at first but I did what another reviewer did and reloaded the game and it worked perfectly after that. Super great graphics and a nice storyline. I love how the fairy tales interweave in these games. I’ll definitely get the next installment!
