Enjoyed, but can’t finish Bonus game
First all I want to thank Lynx Minx for all the hard work put into giving us our games back.
Now for my review. I did enjoy this game as I always enjoy the Dark Romance series. I had no issues throughout the main game. It had nice graphics and I liked most of the games. Some were a little hard.
But when I got to the bonus I put the wire in the juke box, but it does not show the wire is there, so I cannot finish the bonus. Maybe I am missing something. I have looked at the guide and show nothing is missing to that point.
I do recommend playing this game, but please be sure all the glitches are fixed 100% before buying.
I really look forward to more games from Domini as I have always enjoyed their games.
However I still can’t play the last game.

After reading the review about the fatal flaw, I reset the bonus chapter to test it. I encountered the same problem with the rifle although I had played through 2 days ago. It appears the update that was issued may have caused the problem. Another annoying issue is the necessity to unlock the game each time you open it. Once one has purchased a game it should be recognized.

Fabulous news from LynxMinx about Mad Head returning to IOS. Their games are always top quality and among the best I have played. All of us who love this genre owe LynxMinx a huge thank you for all her hard work. I for one am very grateful.

The tiles could not be placed. These are usually my favorite parts of the games, so I was highly disappointed in that. All in all, the scenes are bright and the game play enjoyable. There are the usual extra items hidden in the scenes, but I did not find anything original in any of the HOs. Overall I’ll rate this one a 3.

Solid game but still has a few issues.
Was very difficult to remove items from the “thigh bag”. Had to go back and try multiple times. The mini game where you remove names from the database does not work. It does not move on from the first step. Otherwise, good! Hope this helps.

Great so far
The captions issue must’ve gotten fixed before I downloaded because it’s all working for me. I love the storyline and everything is flowing and working well. I haven’t purchased yet because I thought it was supposed to be 5.99, but it’s showing 6.99. It’s just a dollar so not a big deal, but thought I’d wait just a bit before I purchase. Can’t wait to settle in and finish this one!

First off there no words in the captions it’s just a blank box, when it ask if you want a tutorial there is nothing there no words you have to guess. Just once I want a game with no problems. They charged me full price and I’m a subscriber. Please fix.
Update August 8th played the game all the way through no problem,then went it went through a second update the bonus chapter was stuck at the rifle like everyone else. For the money and time we invest in these games there should not be any flaws. I know things happened but this is all the time. Fix this problem are you will lose a lot of players.

Can’t finish main game
I’ve been enjoying this game, but I can’t move past a certain point. When I try to remove what appears to be two yellow pieces of paper from the thigh bag in my inventory, nothing will happen. I was able to remove the other two items, but not this. The hints keep leading me there, but you cannot remove it. I’ve also checked the walkthrough, and there is nothing else I should be doing. This appears to be a glitch.

Glitch
Played the regular game no problem but the bonus chapter keeps glitching at the same spot. When I put the gun down to start a mini game it glitches and doesn’t let me do mini game so I can’t proceed in the story line and I’m just stuck. Tried restarting it three times and nothing worked. Annoying since I love this series and never mind paying full price for these games since they’re so fun. Don’t think I’ll be purchasing again unfortunately because I hate not completing storylines.

Dark Romance-Ashville
I just finished the main game and I have no idea what just happened. The guy said something about leaving the past in the past, and boom, the main game ended. Weird. Plus, this game, as usual, has touch issues. You have to tap multiple times for the items and at times, you get so irritated that you just close out and go back to it later. I think I gave it four stars previously. Now, I give it two.

Problems right out of the gate
Unfortunately there is no text in the “features only” pop up boxes - any of them. No idea what I’m looking at just a pop up and arrows pointing to something or other not even at the collectibles. The price point is rather high and factoring in these issues I’m afraid this will be a pass for me. I’m disappointed as I am a huge fan of this developer however I cannot justify paying the equivalent of a dinner for something that I cannot enjoy.

After reading the initial reviews, I was hesitant to try this game. But the bugs must have been fixed, because gameplay was smooth and flawless. As usual, Domini, fabulous job!
