Hey guys, Cid here! Seems like the game developers found out about my inventory-game-breaking-prank and fixed everything! How silly, it wasn’t broken, it was hardcore! Anyway, in version 1.1 everything’s working as intended. Gotta go, see ya soon in Darkestville Castle!

It doesn’t save your progress correctly!!
There is no option to save the game yourself.
It “sort of” auto saves, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been put back at the stupid gate to the underworld. I am so angry at this game! I get through it, move on, exit the game to do something else... and I’m back at the bloody gate!!! Over and over. And this isn’t even just a bug; there is literally no way offered for you to save your own progress.
I wanted to like this game, I really did. Will come back and rewrite this review if and when the developers get reasonable about letting users save the game; till then, I’m not even going to bother trying to play it further!!

Good game/not great on ipad mini
I enjoyed the game. However it was difficult to play since the screen didn’t fit correctly on my ipad mini. The screen was cut off on the left and right sides which made it difficult to exit rooms and to choose options on the dialogue trees. Talking to the portal door was especially hard since I couldn’t see the numbers at all. I also ended up looking for hints online because I was afraid that I might have missed an item I couldn’t see. Like I said I liked the game, it just needs to be fixed if you are expecting people to pay for it.

Wasted money because of screen issue
The video does not fit the ipad screen. Regardless of ipad type. It cuts off both sides which make it difficult to play and you can not read the beginning of any sentences. Otherwise it would be a fun little game.

TOTAL disappointment
I was absolutely stoked about this game, I rarely purchase games, but this was exactly what I wanted. The screen is clipped on both the left and right sides rendering some things unusable. I can’t view my inventory items fully, a lot of the dialog is clipped so if I can’t use audio I’m screwed, there is a screen that you can’t even reach because of it, so it’s impossible to finish the game. This has, apparently, been a known issue for awhile and nothing has been done, so, Apple is allowing a defective product to be sold. This is a shame, it would be such an awesome game.

The glue solvent and 25 year old liquor bottles keep disappearing from inventory
I am playing this game now...and have had to restart several times due to these items disappearing from my inventory. Please fix this... thank you. I will watch for a reply. I love point and click adventures and was so excited to find one I hadn't played... 🥺
After trying again, it is the seventh item picked up that gets lost in inventory... Bc that item will not move to the second line of inventory.

Classic point-and-click
I’m a big fan of games like Monkey Island, Grim Fandango, etc. so this game was perfect for me. I only had to consult a walkthrough twice, and both of those instances were due to my own impatience. All of the “puzzles” made sense. I hope these folks make more games like this.

Doesn’t fit my screen
I’ve tried and tried to see if I could fix it . I can’t make it past a certain point because I can’t click or see all of the game . Seems like a great game but a lot of people are wasting time and money to not play .

Inventory
I like the game but I am having a hard time getting to all my inventory. One item remains off the screen for me to access. It seems I can’t go any farther without the feather. I am playing on an iPhone XR

I had no problem with missing inventory, or any other gameplay, it actually ran very smooth on my IPhone 7. I love point & click adventures, and this one was decent. Worth the $, if you like P & C’s you should get it.

Terrific game
Awesome job with this one. I love adventure games and this one holds true all the way. Had the inventory problem at first but was more than confident that a patch to fix it would come out and it did.
