dAST Hack 1.0 + Redeem Codes

Patients will assess symptoms based on a brief questionnaire, the Daily Ascites Symptom Tracker (dAST). The dAST will be self-administered every night at home starting after informed consent is obtained and continuing through treatment and follow-up periods, using an electronic patient reported outcome app.
