What do you get when you cross an old school 80’s pocket game with glitch art effects and a video clip launcher?? F*&^ if we know but we did it!
The first gamified glitch music video maker!
It's super rad and easy to use!
1. Video Clip Re-Mixer
Load video files as well as an audio file that you want to jam too. Your video files will be chopped and loaded into the video mixer as clips automatically! Now you can push video clips and effect buttons in realtime to create music videos. You also don’t need to load an audio file if you don't want to.
2. Video Clip Launcher / Glitcher / DataMosher
Push video clips to either transition between video clips or hold them a bit longer to glitch and DatMosh. Press rapidly to stutter in time to music. Each button has its own datamosh / glitch algorithm. We also added unique glitch effects based off of video circuit bending.
3. Powerful Video EQ
Make drastic color changes to your video by adjusting the color sliders. Vapor wave to circuit bent glitch videos. It's all here folks.
4. Effects
We created the effects to work together by stacking them. Once you start combining the effects and tweaking the EQ you really get the magic.
5. Save and Share your Creation.
All of your saved videos are easily accessible by clicking the Saved Movies option. Here you can relive your favorite Datamoshed moments and share them with your mom by the press of a button.

Needs work but still cool
Update App still isn’t working on iPhone 13 but I am happy to say it works on the new iPad Air just like it should Maybe an update will fix the iPhone version once I navigate to the color mixer page there is no way to navigate back to the previous screen with all the effects the buttons under the mixer are not working I am on iPhone 13 iOS 15.5 I have reached out to the developer and was contacted via email I have since tried on my iPad Air and it works just fine hopefully an update will fix the iPhone version. Otherwise great app I would just get more use out of it on my phone.

Awesome app!
Awesome app, i really enjoy messing around with this thing. Im hoping in the future a feature could be added where you can pause or slow down or scrub while the video is rolling so you could “fine tune” effects where youd like them placed, or some kind of way to make transitions smoother from video to video but that could possibly fall into the pause/play, or even fast forward or rewind thing i mentioned. If that would be possible i would rerate 5 stars and refer this to as many people possible, this app has alot of potential.

The effects you can get in this app are awesome, really fun and easy to use.
I understand the vintage aesthetics of the app, but I am not a big fan of the interface. wish you could turn the orientation in portrait mode, have a button to start recording (instead of just start recording in load), and showing the files with the little vhs tapes is fun, but sometimes can be difficult to see the little video thumbnail.
Other than that the app is really good and fun, great job 👏🏼

Does Not Respond to Audio As Advertised
The effects are really cool but I bought this because they advertised that it responds to audio. Not sure if I’m missing something but I tried a few different songs and the visuals look identical for each one. The interface is also clunky and the lack of support for different aspect ratios makes it borderline unusable for me. I recommend Glitch Studio. EDIT: the devs responded that data mosh deluxe is the one that automatically reacts to audio but I came here directly from an Instagram as that said it was the only glitch app that reacts to audio, and it was an ad for THIS app not the deluxe one. Highly misleading.

Fun but needs work
Really love the concept of this app; however, I find it challenging to navigate the import process. It’s also not very intuitive from beginning to end. If you import one videos no want to edit, you have to close the app and start over unless I’m missing something.

I bought this app a little while ago because I love love the original DAC app and just now started playing with it. The ONLY thing I wish was different is the ability to choose aspect ratios. I love the default aspect ratio, but unfortunately everything media related is geared towards portrait mode. Which I personally hate, but times have changed and having the choice to switch it would be amazing.

Super fun to play with
I have been playing with this thing all day! Super fun. It’s great for datamoshing as well as creating a number of glitch effects really quickly and intuitively. The fact that I can play along to my own music with video effects in real time is so much fun. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that is interested in glitch effects performed live to music.

Lofi blender
I’d recommend Hyperspektiv, glitch studio, and glitchy psych apps for live video. This app is more about distortional blending of video clips. It’s limited in what it offers, most glitch apps have a lot more and better effects but they do not do transitions like this does.

I don’t know how these app developers have managed to tap directly into my brain, but I will let them harvest all of the data they want because I’m having so much fun using this!

Maintain Original Aspect Ratio !!!
I understand resizing the video to fit the UI, but can we please have the ability to maintain aspect ratio of source footage upon export?
So many cool professional uses for this but I don’t wanna have to restretch exported video in post!! Thanks
