DCO Central is the World Anti-Doping Agency’s new doping control application. DCO Central provides Sample Collection Agencies (SCAs) and Doping Control Officers (DCOs) with an online and offline solution for secure and fast doping control data processing. DCO Central leverages the Anti-Doping Administration & Management System (ADAMS) to pre-populate the Doping Control Form with planned test and athlete profile information. All data is uploaded back to ADAMS, which reduces manual data entry and improves data integrity and accuracy. The app has real-time access to athlete’s whereabouts information to reduce the chances of an unsuccessful test attempt. DCO Central was developed with athletes in mind in order to promote and protect their health and the integrity of sport.

Improvements to Testing Orders, Doping Control forms and the files sent to laboratories.
- Testing Orders:
The ADO reference number is now displayed on the Testing Order.
The value of the field Sample Collection Authority is now correctly displayed when the organization is a Delegated Third-Party.
- Doping Control Form:
Within the Doping Control Form, urine samples with less than 90 ml are now accepted when a reason is provided.
Doping Control Officers can complete Doping Control Forms without collecting all requested samples after accepting the warning.
- Laboratory Forms:
The fields: Analysis type, Temp Logger, Athlete Consent for research and Courier information are now available on the laboratory PDF form and CSV file.
- Testing Orders:

- A urine sample with the Specific gravity below the ISTI requirements can now be saved, a warning is displayed to the user.
Bug Fixes:
- DCO users that are not participants in a Testing Orders that scan a QR code are now prompted with an error after entering the PIN code, a “Rejected” popup will appear. By clicking the OK button, the popup will close and the user can continue using the application.
- Some Testing Orders were grayed out and unavailable to the DCO.
