Deep Sentinel Home Security Hack 1.9.4.22 + Redeem Codes

This review is about the app only. Since the last update the app has not been working correctly. After an event is viewed, upon return to the main menu, the layout is disorganized and and does not return to proper display. A feature called “Load More” which was added in the last update only works on the current date. If there is an important event from the previous day or days one might need for evidence, it is currently not retrievable. The “Load More” feature does not work for previous days and is useless. Before the last update, the app was simple and efficient to use and worked flawlessly. Now it is very frustrating to use. I have called Deep Sentinel multiple times over the past several months to report the issues. Each time I was told the engineers were working on it and that a fix would be included in a future update. Still the issues persists.
*UPDATE* The app is finally updated and fixed. The functionality and ease of use is what I have experienced before and come to expect. Thank you Deep Sentinel!

Most companies either offer you monitoring that has to do with sensors or cameras that you monitor yourself. Deep Sentinel breaks the mold and has great trained security specialists that actually watch your property and can respond. The system and set-up is wonderful and my interactions with Deep Sentinel staff have all been top notch. This system gives me a great deal of relief, knowing that there are trained people that have my back at all hours of the day. I’ve had ADT and others, and you just can’t beat the value or quality of this system. Hands down the best move you can make.

I had been shopping for a security system
I came across Deep Sentinel and ordered before it was even ready . The ease of install was amazing and the customer service support is outstanding . I travel for business and my wife feels so much better home alone knowing that not only can she see what is going on but I can from wherever I am. We have a vacation home and no longer worry about weekends away. I would tell everyone this is the best if the best

When it works this is the best security service you could find. However there are just way too many kinks with cameras going offline. More recently I have been without service for over a month. I have received two hub replacement and three new cameras and over 6 hours on the phone with countless customer service reps troubleshooting. Nothing works, service doesn’t work, and I’m without security as I going on vacation. Overall this has been a terrible experience with this company. Reps are nice but go over the same troubleshooting steps and my case just seemed to go nowhere unless I called repeatedly. I’m looking for a new service…one that actually works

I've had Deep Sentinel for three years now and am very happy with the system. I think this company is the future of home security. I've been so impressed by the product that I got two family members to also buy Deep Sentinel. Shout out to their great customer service team who is highly responsive and passes along feedback to improve future offerings/features.

I was luckily chosen to be one of their earliest customers and have been testing the system for a few months already. It is awesome knowing somebody is watching our cameras whenever there is someone on our property. I have no doubt this system will actually stop thieves rather than just give me videos of them stealing my things! Can’t believe they do this for the same price other alarm systems charge.

Hands down THE BEST security system out there. The Deep Sentinel System provides actual security and peace of mind to me and my family through a combination of Artificial Intelligence AND actual human security specialists. This security system is worth the cost and is the ONLY PROACTIVE security system in existence. Why wait for someone to break in and Deep Sentinel Guards will intervene prior to anyone breaking in. Best choice for my home!

The app has major bugs with the latest iOS. Does not switch between landscape and portrait mode when it needs to between showing live or recorded videos and then going back when listing them. Support was terrible telling me I should test and verify if it’s just my device. Finally they asked the developer and they confirmed the issue after months of emails going back and forth with screenshots.

The idea of an actual live person watching your home is great. The issue I have is the hub. Even though my WiFi connection is stable, the hub will disconnect and need to be reset far too often. This leaves me uncomfortable to take a long vacation for fear that the hub will need to be reset. Reliability of the product needs work. If this issue is fixed, I would highly recommend this product with everyone.

I am consistently unable to live videos. When it didn't work before I upgraded my iOS and deleted then reinstalled the app. That fixed the problem with the live feed for a few hours and now I'm having the same problem. My husband's phone is not having this problem and he's on an older iPhone. Not sure what the problem is but a failing unstable app kind of defeats the purpose of me being able to view live activity at my home when the alerts go off.
