Love the hypnotist. Hate the app
I find this hypnotist's work to be very approachable and effective, however this app is not intuitive and not at all
User friendly as far as I am concerned. I won't be using it at all.

Sleep Review
I bought the Sleep Plan and do like the mental exercises for relaxation and sleep. I do not like the way it is set up though. I don't like the reminders and having to set a time for them. I would like direct access to the recordings I paid for without having to go through a bunch of steps I don't like the reminders that ask me, How did you sleep?" That stresses me. It would be improved by allowing direct access to the relaxation recordings in a list.

can listen to sessions whenever I want
I read the reviews but bought it anyway. You actually can listen to the night time hypnotic and any of the sessions you want at anytime. So in the upper left corner there is a symbol that looks like three lines in a row. you press that on your phone and then a list of options comes up. The list has: your plan, success tracker, sessions and rules (this is where you can find the night time hypnotic), panic button (very useful for calming down a squirrley mind!), achievements, stop this plan, app support, and notification times. I hope this helps! You can do this with all his apps, by the way. if you don't want to listen to a session and just move onto the next one, you can hit play and then move the cursor to the end - kind of like when you're skipping ahead when watching a movie.

Needs to mix it up
This app works for the most part but he could put a little effort into changing up the stories. As another reviewer said, after a couple of nights, I know what’s coming. Also, his voice at some points gets really gravelly-sounding, and that is a huge distraction to me - I have to find an earlier session to listen to. I downloaded this years ago and he’s finally updated it - but so much is still the same!

Same recording every night
This worked well the first couple nights before I realized every nighttime hypnosis session is the same. Now I’m distracted by the fact that I know what he’s going to say next. Also do we really need a 5 min intro to each hypnosis session?? We know how it works. Also the sound doesn’t work on my app for the video portions where he’s speaking. Now i just use a different meditation app that helps me sleep better.

Love it, but need help
I have the cd version that came with his book, and liked it enough to purchase this as well. This is a bit different, but still very effective. I ca get to sleep, but can't stay asleep. Paul mentions going to the "get back to sleep" section when you wake in the middle of the night. I have nothing called that in my sessions list. I was unsuccessful at the app support page. Can anyone help?

SERIOUSLY FLAWED
I would LOVE this app if they would fix a serious flaw. I just want to be able to listen the night time hypnotic any time I want. I have gone through the whole program, and now I'm forced to do it all over again. And I can't start until tomorrow!!!! Seriously guys????
I can not recommend this to anyone until this is fixed. I was very interested in the other programs from Paul McKenna, but I assume they have the same structure. I FEEL REALLY CHEATED SINCE I CAN'T USE THE ONE FEATURE THAT REALLY HELPS ME UNLESS I LISTEN TO A LOT OF STUFF THAT I HEARD BEFORE AND DON'T NEED TO HEAR AGAIN.
