Especially anyone with some ADHD or anyone Highly Sensitive or anyone annoyed with all the small print in everything ;-) they customize articles, quotes and structure for things you may need to improve - e.g. procrastination habits, staying focused, staying motivated, etc. I love the large print because it makes one more likely to read it w/out having to go grab the glasses. The format is also really unique and unlike any of the other apps that I’ve seen on the market. You can tell that a lot of research went into this and that they are using science of brain functioning to best serve us here. Thank you to Deepstash! One recommendation as someone with Irlen Syndrome (light sensitivity that affects reading and is treated with using color overlays), I’d love to see some light colors/pastels (peach, light pink, lavender, light blue or green) applied to the app and an emoji feature for journaling feelings. NOT FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED VOICEOVER USERS
I will never know what Deepstash is really all about! Why? It doesn’t like VoiceOver much and has quirks even if VoiceOver is disengaged. I need VoiceOver, but I painstakingly spent hours to sign up and build a profile. I had to change my text size to accomplish getting a bio built because Deepstash doesn’t play well with the keyboard and covers up what you type , so you can’t see what you have typed in. Maybe it’s bios are meant to be only three words! Much of the time the app did not allow me to see all the information needed to set up a profile efficaciously. And, at a point, it forced me to follow people about whom I knew absolutely nothing. It was so unsettling I still cannot ascertain what Deepstash is supposed to exactly accomplish for you. Being visually impaired, the wrong photo was added to the profile and could not be corrected even with Apple’s help! That was it for me! I deigned to just remove the bio, but the app wouldn’t allow that either. I spent half a day accomplishing NOTHING! I have lost the taste for this one! I should have stopped when I visited their website and they shoved a privacy policy in my face with a “must agree” so they could fill my browser with unknown cookies! That didn’t feel right! Now, I’m left with a monstrosity that won’t let me edit or remove information! May it ever hang WRONG in Deepstash or Deepd-d-!

Keepin it real for my bros out there
Ngl, this app is on point, I would recommend anyone that likes reading from a random set of topics on a daily base to try this out. It’s not per sey very deep but of course it’s stated that it’s meant to skip fluff and give the highlights. That’s good and bad, reading just facts or short summaries about a book or idea doesn’t necessarily promote learning, then again this app is for discussing ideas. Regardless, I love it! It gives me amazing recommendations on books, tips, and ideas that I can look into my own time. The amount of books i’ve purchased to grow my library is absurd thanks to this app. I only have 1 suggestion, where you can create stashes of ideas like playlists, need more customization! I wish i could nest sub folders/stashes in the original folder/stash. If we could create Tags, that would be awesome as well, overall just more options and tools to create a personal online system and library for yourself.

Thanks to the Devs on this one 👏 Deepstash is such an interesting and unique concept that I believe we all needed! It’s nice to have that little nudge from the app to take a moment out of our insanely hectic lives to just stop for a moment and be present and focus on our thoughts, ideas, emotions and experiences. Although I just started using this app I just wanted to say thank you to the creators for helping me attain a little more peace in my life. It’s just a very refreshingly positive experience writing about random ideas and I believe it is THE GOOD we need to see in future developments going forward. There is no social media for me so I absolutely love this so, so much!!! Definitely recommend!

My initial reaction is that the "knowledge" pockets are all over the place. Considering the name, deep stash should immediately follow a threadline of depth and immersion in thematic areas of interest. The only other gripe I have is the choice of wording claiming that human memory is "obsolete." That statement actually undermines the impetus for using this app. If we don't need memory then why learn anything? Why use an app that helps human memory improve in order to pursue the acquisition of knowledge if human memory is obsolete?!! Obsolete is an unfortunate word in this case and we would better served if it was used less often since planned obsolescence is real and as humans, we are not entirely sure when it applies to our individual lives. Are you obsolete? Not yet, bro, it's scheduled for 2039. So until actually obsolete when machines complete their takeover, human memory is anti-obsolete, presently in operation and perennial in its place in "history."

A better me
Many people use social media as a way to stay in touch, learn about new ideas and interesting plans, or produce thoughts they’re thinking but can’t put into words. This app allows for users to read easily digestible articles that can truly improve your life. Not only does it offer some great advice and insights, but it makes me feel better about who I am because I’m not wasting time reading into other people’s lives on the Gram or Tweeter. It is nice to have a safe space for wholesome, simple ideas that are always constructive. As much as I enjoy the casual binge on the latest gossip, Deepstash brings me back to reality and into a mentality that helps me progress into a well-rounded individual.

Dropped a star… everytime I come on here to try this app again, they push monetization way to hard. Now 30 second ads before videos. I get all this info from tiktok and chat GPT4. Want a book summary…. DONE. Want ideas to overcome anxiety… DONE. All for free. G’luck. I’m still rooting for ya… but I still don’t see this working out in the long run with this model. The worst part to me is saving things and not accessing your saved stuff if you stop paying.

I’m really upset with the direction this platform is going. It’s much harder to discover more snippets and use this to its fullest value (which there was tons) unless I subscribe. And the subscription is far too high. I just don’t use this near as much as I used to. I have found some fantastic gold nuggets in here. Really fresh perspectives from folks who really know what they are saying. Spectacular ideas. And everything else is interesting to read and browse through. Great idea. Well executed. Super great UI. Stable app. NO ADS. FREE. You’re silly if you don’t download.

Think of this as your assistant that provides you the self-improvement information you didn’t know you were looking for. Then making it so bite-size that it does not feel like a chore to read. Yet, summarized in a way that is still helpful.
My only thing? FAQ tab on the app is needed. Nothing in the app has an “About” the app or what does it mean to create a “Stash”. Even a link inside the app to the pages on your website with that information would be helpful. Probably better.

Free Trial experience
I tried out deepstash pro for a week or so, and I was able to quickly go through information whenever I had that little reading itch compelling me to do so. It was perfect! I could read one or two blinks on days I was up to my neck in work and still find something meaningful. I was glad to try this out as many apps like this refuse to let you read without the pro-version, but regardless of having a pro-subscription, the user is still able to access basically the whole app (except the connection portion as well as a swath of popular books). I would definitely recommend

The creators of this app are absolute angels. I’ve needed a place to store and discover useful advice and amazing insights.
