I never take time to write reviews because 9 times out of 10 it is useless, regardless of the quality of the app. However, I’m blown away at the capabilities of this app. By far the best streaming app for music. The interface is seamless and smooth making it super easy to learn and navigate. You can download your favorite music or podcast to listen offline. They even have a mood for your music, to which you can adjust to 5 different mood settings, allowing you to add and subtract to tweak each mood to your liking. But the thing that really sold me was the ability to transfer all of your music from the other 8 apps and sites you use, and condense it all in one! The day for this should've came a lot sooner but I’m glad it’s here now, it is such a beautiful thing and makes music streaming effortless. All this for less than $10 month, you can’t beat it.

Fine product, Bad business
I started a free trial with Deezer late last year. I quickly lost interest in using the service but I forgot about the terms of the trial. Well a few months passed and now I’ve been charged for two months of service with no usage on my account.
I thought for certain that when I explained the situation to a representative, they would consider at least a partial refund. After all, they can see that I haven’t used the service at all for the past few months and that I made a simple mistake in forgetting to cancel the trail. But their customer service is basically designed to screw people like me I guess. I suppose this is technically legal and fine. But it’s also unfair and greedy in that I was charged for something that I didn’t use and that costs Deezer literally nothing to provide. If this is how they do business, by ripping off decent people who just made a simple mistake, then I don’t think they deserve my business or anyone else’s.
They don’t even care about music - only money. Otherwise they would just focus on delivering music so well that most people won’t cancel and they would give back money that they didn’t earn in a fair exchange of goods and services. Instead they prey upon people who try their service and don’t like it. What a disgusting, trashy business.

Cheap Company!!
I got a free trial to use this app back in August and very quickly realized it doesn’t come close to Apple Music so I deleted the App. Before doing so I made sure to check my subscriptions to make sure my free trial doesn’t turn into a paid one, but I didn’t see anything so I thought I was all good. After months of having the App deleted I find out I’m somehow getting charged for this. I message customer support cause this cheap company doesn’t even have a phone service and they tell me they can’t do anything to refund me. They tell me I should’ve known to go to my Deezer account to cancel my subscription. I’m a college student who has been laid off from work facing a financial nightmare during this pandemic and they simply don’t care. THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE!! If a company doesn’t show sympathy in a time like this they’re simply MONSTERS. Thank you for taking money from a financially struggling student. Update, I spoke to customer service again after receiving a comment to my review that they care. They only refunded me one month. ONE MONTH! I’m sure they can check my account usage and see I haven’t touched the service since August but they only care enough for one month. Stay away from this MONEY HUNGRY APP, they don’t believe in customer service. I hope the money you stole from me was worth it! It would be nice to be able to speak to a higher up.

One Huge Design Flaw
Since the demise of Google Play Music, we’ve been shopping around for a good music player app. Deezer has come highly recommended, but there’s one design flaw that I just can’t get around. I am home full time and like to stream my music to my TV or other player. When it finishes playing my selected album, it starts playing other, random music from the same or similar artists. Even if I set the album to repeat, it STILL plays other music and albums. I want it to stop playing all together over choosing music for me. If I want a radio station inspired by a specific artist, I’ll use Pandora. Because I am currently using a variety of players right now, I’ve also noticed Deezer is less intuitive than other platforms at finding music based on my search credentials. For example, if I want to listen to Christmas music from a certain artist, it will only bring up albums that specifically have “Christmas” in the album title, not all of their holiday music. Just today I wanted to listen to an album called “Christmastime” by Michael W Smith. I typed “Michael W Smith Christmas” in the search field and it wouldn’t bring up the album 🤷🏻♀️ I had to go through his albums to find it.

Unbelievable app!!
Love everything about this app!! Unbelievable quality with high end headphones, beautiful colorful and easy to use app with awesome features, love being to fade out the music to blend the ends and beginnings of songs together, makes everything feel just that like you’re in ur own music world! 360 audio needs work but I got this app for the higher quality music and for how beautiful the app layout and everything is! Love the flow features and literally everything about this app! Can’t say good enough! My only pet peeve is if you choose the premium app and pay though Apple you have to wait 1 month until you can upgrade to Deezer hifi or make a new account witch takes time finding music again and getting everything back but other then that app is perfect!

Really Like!!
Overall a great sounding streaming app!! Mostly every artist I searched for is on Deezer. Really simple to navigate. Gives you options to change sound quality for those who want to listen to music crystal clear or you can custom setup if you are using cellular data to a few setting that won’t use as much data. Good options for everyone really. Ok I have only one thing they could change but it’s just my opinion. I love dark mode! So if Deezer could add the option for dark mode for there general interface. It’s not bright white all the time tho. It does have nice colors on the song that you play that match the album cover in a nice way. I’m sure they are working on dark mode for IOS 13 anyways. So nothing really to complain about. The app works great and oh yeah, I like the flow setting too. Thanks Deez!!

Important!!! Read before downloading!
I had spent hours trying to find a free music app that did not require a subscription. When I found Deezer, I was thrilled. I looked at all the reviews and decided to try it out. It lets you do so many things. I like how it lets you pick your favorite artists. After using it for a couple days, I realized the app has a few minor problems. For instance, I hate how you only get 6 skips per hour. Also, I am pretty poor, and I don’t have much money to spend. With Deezer, it feels like it is only a good app if you get the subscription. There is one last problem that I had. It might just be me though. After I used Deezer for a while, my music stopped loading, and I wasn’t able to listen to anything. Is anyone else having the same problem? Overall it is not too bad of an app though.

Deezer is a great turn out streaming station app I love it a lot sound is on the trails beautiful the base is great everything is great I don’t know how much a month it is I haven’t been able to see that I don’t want to push the wrong button’s but I wish they could email me or something give me the details of the plans but they have a wicked nice equalizer also but I’m not ready to pay by the month right now perfectly happy with everything I’ve got it but if I did I think I think a D3 might be in one of the good insulate I would recommend it and I’m an old classic rock professional and listen to classic rock for 15 years 5055 zero 55 years thanks for the opportunity appreciate it but I won’t be joining at this time I’m disabled and can’t afford the extra expense right now

Deezer is by far the best music app I’ve ever used
Deezer is by far the best music app I’ve ever used, I’ve used the majority of the music apps available and this app has yet to disappoint me. Any song I look up...its there...obscure artists...there...from the oldest to the newest, I have yet to search for something and not be able to find it. Not only that, it plays what I want, when I want to hear it and lets me skip however many times I need to...no ads, no commercials, no interruptions! But the BEST part about Deezer, for me, it is the easiest music app to add a song to your overall “favorites” as well as individual playlists. Other music apps, even when you’ve paid to subscribe, seem to have way too much tech going on and not enough music available...Deezer Rocks!!

Really great app for users that like being in control of the music they are listening to
I have gone through music app after music app that could allow me to relive all those years of enjoying yahoo music at its prime like I did as a kid. Though Deezer falls a little short on the sound quality compared to other apps, I love that when I choose an artist to listen to or chose a specific album to listen to and NOT get the “suggestions” to listen to other artists I. The middle of your moment this is quite literally the only app I’ve run into that did not force a agenda down my throat. The option to have other “like” artists is an option, but not the standard. The premium membership also allows you to have three devices connected. I’m keeping it and very pleased.
