Degoo: Online Cloud Storage Hack 2.51.0 + Redeem Codes

Now yes this app is great I have been using it since the developers created this thing but now the new update does not allow you to for example download back your pic into your phone or photo file I personally need it please put back that option please. All my photos are backed up yes but I delete them regularly from my photo files in order for my phone to have space and hen when I need a photo I just go to Degoo and download from there back into my photo files but now I can’t do it and I feel so bad that I have to screen shot my pics and save them and then edit. Please put back the download option please. Please pretty please!!! Thanks you

They sent an email identifying items they felt were in violation. I responded, appealed and removed those items from my storage. Continued to get the same info in more emails.••••••••They deleted everything anyways so they could do their purge of older accounts. Scammers and liars un-trustworthy for any cloud storage.•••••••• They will screw you in the end and wipe out your account and photo memories.•••••••••••Downloading from your storage takes an incredible amount of time especially for something that seems so simple from a pc and thru mobile app its even worse.•••••••••••It just freezes ignoring your commands and nothing ever downloads. I could go on but this should help determine what type of people you are actually dealing with. •••••••••••••••Steer clear and far away from these con artist pretending to be sheep but are wolves in sheep clothing. Buy a usb drive you are better off… Not recommended at all. I received an email stating that a bot determined I had broken TOS and specified two video files it determined to be in violation. The appeal process is just a reply form where you can essentially plead your case, but that's it. There is no ability to attach files. I explained that I backup my movies in the event they go out of print, are lost/damaged, etc, and even specifically said that I'd provide photos of my hard copies but that I can't attach files because there is no option to do so. Weeks later I received an email stating:
A human has reviewed your appeal and unfortunately you did not provide enough evidence to prove ownership of the files. Therefore I have to inform you that your appeal has been declined. Your account will be terminated due to violations of our terms of service.
There is literally NO WAY to "provide evidence" because there is no option to do so. So after paying for a lifetime account they terminated it because their appeal process is broken and didn't allow for the very thing they demanded from me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR PERSONAL MEDIA BACKUP. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN UNFAIRLY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT.

This could be so much better.
The app only displays in portrait orientation, it won’t turn to landscape. This means that using the app while attached to a keyboard cover is a sideways, royal pain.
Secondly, there is no facility to be discreet when it comes to private files. Any photos which have been uploaded to Degoo will be in view as soon as the app is opened, or when in Gallery view. There is no way to keep any of your photos away from anyone looking over your shoulder. There’s no way to safely share your photos without also sharing all of your private images. There should be a way to differentiate between public and private photos. This has nothing to do with hiding porn or personal body parts. It also affects photos relating to many types of privileged information, eg. industrial prototypes, contracts, etc.

Please read all the 1 star comments recently before buying!!!! Personal story: I paid for lifetime 5-6 years ago. The app automatically uploaded few things from my phone and after 4 years of the files being there, they are now saying it’s not allowed and my account will be terminated. ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE. WHY ARE THEY INVADING MY PERSONAL SPACE?? And ARE YOU PIRATING MY FILES? I think they want to make more money and delete some space from their server so they are picking on people after they paid full amount. Unreliable untrustworthy frauds scammers. This is a good free cloud storage service, but it has it’s issues. For example, I upload a file, it takes longer than it should, and if I edited the photo/video, it converts it into the original format. I would also like some sort of security like having and option to use touch or face ID to unlock the app when you open it. I am also tired of getting e-mails and notifications that I have more storage space and it is like a kilobyte more than what i had. I would rather know if i got a few gigabytes more. I don’t care if i get a speck of dust more!

I purchased Degoo and at first was happy enough. I had a MacBook Pro, so I downloaded the Mac app, along with the iPhone and iPad app. Everything was going smoothly and then Degoo started using a Web App. I’m not sure what the Web App is because it does not work. I can’t figure out how to upload through the Degoo website. My three original devices are listed, but there is no way to upload. The instructions online do not help because what is seen in the photos is not what happens online. I also got another computer to replace my original MBPro and now I don’t know how to add it as another device. I have contacted Degoo several times. The last time was back in December 2019, but there has been no response to my emails. Degoo will you please tell me how to use your service? I would like to know how to use the Web App on my MBPro.

1. There is only web app, that allows you to upload only 5000 files. I would imagine that any mediocre used smartphone has more pictures than that. Forget about uploading folders, you’ll have to do it on file by file basis. It also heavily depend on your browser capabilities, overwhelming its memory and productivity. If you are uploading a few gigs of photos, forget about browsing or touching your computer for many hours to come, and the process crashes sometimes so you won’t know what files are uploaded.

3. It’s been second day of uploading photos from my iPhone, only 152 photos out of 8000 are uploaded so far. Very efficient way... there is no control over that whatsoever.

Been with this company since early 2019, features come and go all the time, Especially the most useful ones!?!? Why do the developers think that this is helpful to the end-user, and now when I try and backup photos from my iPhone they automatically go into a dedicated iPhone folder instead of letting me upload to a specific location in the cloud. How is anyone supposed to keep their files organized this way?

Please allow users to select where to upload from their phone or the web and do not choose for us! This is NOT helpful.

I would like to backup photos from my phone to a folder of my choosing and have them actually be there when I check later.

After they sent an email to comply on supposedly copyrighted material and asking to appeal which I did immediately, they didn’t reply for days, until they Deleted All (erase empty the whole server) 10TB of lifetime storage, with all my valuable work files from years of work and invaluable pictures from my kids birthday birth etc when I complained many times by email they just replied sorry we didn’t see you email we will try to restore your file, it was 3 months ago. Today I just sent a last email on this if they feel we all need to escalate this and ask for damages etc. yep it seems I’m not alone on this after looking for these online. Apple shut down this app. I’m checking for a civil lawsuit. Hope no one has to experience this.
