Restart every time you don’t reach the goal?
Maybe you should just have to redo that level until you reach the goal. Upsetting that you go back to level 1 when you don’t make it on level 7.

No instructions, how does it work?
This game is useless without instructions! The pieces don't seem to swap - seriously? Definitely needs tweaking... I would give zero stars, but the lowest rating is 1
