Melody2020,
Super convenient and easy to use
I love being able to visit a dermatologist from my home! My work schedule sometimes makes it hard to make dr appts. This app made it easy
Whistle_is_a_ripoff,
Zero contact info
This company partners with derms who churn and burn through these photos and take no onus or responsibility for the info they give. They purposely provide no way for the user to contact the derm they are connected with (to provide additional info) nor do they provide contact info for their own customer support. Stay away - you will get charged for a lackluster diagnosis, if even done by a professional at all.
DingoJake,
Awesome at home skin cancer assessment
Who wouldn’t want a simple way to skin cancer and access to a non-invasive test- without having to make and drive to a doctor appointment
Jedibc88,
Wow! Super Easy to Use.
After a few bad sunburns some moles started showing up on my skin and started changing shape. I was worried it could be melanoma. I called a few Dermatologists near me and couldn’t get in! They had a 5 month long wait time until their first opening. I didn’t want to wait that long. I really wanted to know. I took a picture of my mole and answered a few questions, selected a dermatologist, paid the consult fee - all of which took less than five minutes. Plus, I now have a history of all my moles that I submitted to be reviewed by a Dermatologist on this app. It took less than 24hrs before the Dermatologist reviewed my case and sent me her recommendation. It was so fast and easy! Will use again to monitor my moles.
ATXkid,
Sign In with Apple does not work
Tried twice and Sign In with Apple does not work. The app needs work. When simple things like signing up don’t work, it’s hard to trust this app with helping diagnose skin cancer. Just find yourself a doctor that carries the test until they find a better developer for their app
jennbadger,
App does not let me sign in again
I cannot pull up my initial results now and have contacted customer service. They cannot fix this situation.
White_Rice._,
Told wrong info
I was told a questionable mold was actually acne scarring which is incorrect. Theres no way to speak nor reach anyone about this concern. Dont waste your money.
