If I could give ZERO STARS I would...
I used to LOVE my Cricut, but at this point looking at possibly selling it or just donating it to my local Goodwill store. I originally signed up for a lifetime membership and used it for several years. Iwas sick over most of the fall and winter of 2022 and used it very little. When I tried to log in today, January, 2023 Cricut wouldnt open on my MacBook Pro like usual. After following directions to delete Cricut and download and reinstall, I can now open it but NOTHING from years of use are available to me!!! All my previous work apprears to be lost and they want me to purchase yet another package in order to be able to use Design Space. I am beyond heartbroken!! WTH is going on? I thought updates were supposed to be helpful, not disable you from accessing all that you have created before! I am done with you Cricut, if you cannot repair this situation!

FRIENDS & FELLOW MAKERS!! This is NOT the right app. If you've been having issues with your Cricut Design Space app like those mentioned in the other reviews, please read!! I was having so many issues but was able to trouble shoot on my own.
If having issues, uninstall the app, update any new software that your laptop, tablet or phone may need, and then go directly to the cricut website like you're going to set up a new machine. DO NOT download or pay for any apps in the app store. These are NOT what you want. Instead, on the Cricut website, there's a link to download the Design Space app that we all know & love. Once I downloaded it, I was able to restore all of my old projects and the app is working perfectly now.

TERRIBLE NEW DESIGN SPACE
Ive been using cricut for years now (previous experience with CAD software from Engineering school). However, after the new year I attempted to login to create a new design and noticed my application no longer worked! After deleting and downloading again, the entire user interface is completely different (NOT IN A GOOD WAY). Completely took away ALL tools used to cut, mirror etc. Also lost ALL my previous designs and purchases that were made through the app. Very let down with where Cricut has decided to take their user interface; went from an understandable software that flowed well (even comparable with adobe or 3d CAD software), to a confusing kiddy click & print software.

Cricut Space Design
I downloaded the Cricut Design Space application from the app store. I paid in full for the lifetime membership. I was happy. Now, I am on the app, navigating around the platform. There is no place on this app to log into your existing account so you can acces your projects and already purrchased designs. In other words, it did NOT merge with my existing account which I assumed it would. Well, if I would have known, I would NOT have purchased. However, on the contrary, I do like the access to all the designs. If they can fix that pronto, I'll change my review. Michele.

This is so frustrating
I cannot get my cricut design space to launch. I received a cricut joy for christmas and have barely used it because I have only been able to do the things that came with it. I bought some cute things for a graduation announcement and cannot get the stupid program to even let me log in!! I hate this machine! And the many tutorials are useless because I can't even gain general access! I have been paying for a subscription for over 6 months and yet it still keeps prompting me to subscribe11

never ending cash cow
I recently purchased the Circut in hopes of making small things for my grandchildren, family and friends. And to date haven't been able to make anything worthy off praise. Instead I am constantly getting hit with adds to purchase a pro package or any package. But what happend to the free one promised on the box prior to my purchase ? I got one thing and that is it!!!!. You all need to be ashamed of yourselves . Selling one thing and trying to deliver another like a used car salesman.

FAKE - App Store Report - DON'T DOWNLOAD
This is not a legit Cricut app. Check the name of the app developer. I downloaded this because the Cricut app is not compatable with my older Mac, in the hopes that I could use this instead. But no. It does not work with my Cricut and the only way to get it to save a file to my computer or to attempt to print a file is to pay for the pro version.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I am filing a report with the Apple App store and for all the other low review, I suggest you do the same.

New Sapce is not user friendly
The origianl design space was so easy to navigate and you could design easily. I am about to sell my cricut because the way the new design space is laid out isn't as easy to design things. I actually hate it and wish there was a way to go back to the other one. I like making my own designs and this has been nothing but a headache. 0/10

Awful UI
2 seconds into this app and I've already had to contact customer support. There's no way to log in, it asked me to make a purchase without confirming my information, the purchase hasn't seemed to carry through to the mobile app, there's no way to see the measurements when I try to create my own project, and no obvious edit buttons to do so. What a mess.
