WHAT IS A YOGISTICK? : A YogiStick is an at home fitness tool similar to a block, strap, band, ab wheel, hand weights or any other fitness tool you have used at home. The YogiStick will help facilitate entrance into postures + movements, as the stick assists for extraordinary cushioning, support, balance, and flexibility without over-compensating.
Using the prop will strengthen your shoulders and opens the hips without you knowing it! Users range of motion will mature and progress when practiced with on a regular basis. The YogiStick aids the beginner, teaches the intermediate and challenges the experienced.

SEQUENCES : We have curated pose matching sequences (3-4 poses) to help you feel out some of the basic movements and flows using the YogiStick. Learn to create your own personal self-care flow and how to take care of your body inside and out.
MEDITATIONS : Our professional zen masters have created calming meditations to help you reduce stress and anxiety. Guidance toward improved breathing and increased relaxation for better sleep.
Begin a self-guided session at anytime choosing from a variety of relaxing ambient sounds and internal chimes.
