Profile is still active after I deleted Facebook
I deleted Facebook permanently which means I can no longer sign into Dine. The annoying thing is my Dine profile is still active but I can’t access it. I still receive emails with Dine Requests. I can’t stop them because I can’t sign into the app without Facebook. I’d be happy if Dine removed my profile or had a way for me to still access it so I can stop the emails.

DO YOU BELIEVE THESE 5-STAR REVIEWS? There had been a spurt of 5 star reviews all posted Tuesday and Wednesday. You can imagine what happened- the app’s rating went below 3 stars (still much higher than it deserves). Presumably corrective action was taken (or maybe everyone realized just on those 2 days what a great app this was).

Great idea, the worst implementation
I liked the idea of the application but implementation is horrible. Lots of fake accounts just to make one to pay money, which is not cheap for 1 month. The way it works -someone creates multiple accounts with the same pictures and starts sending done requests. You may get excited and accept the request to find out later one that you have to pay money to schedule a meeting. If you do that, most likely another “person” will never be online and will not respond. Why? Because it’s not real and purpose is make you to subscribe paid account. I suspect that developers are also involved into that scam scheme...

Worst, overpriced app on the market
First the app gave you 500 roses and you needed to use ALL 500 to start a conversation. You couldn’t save over 500 so you couldn’t have anything as backup in case, you know, someone you messaged totally ghosted you. Now it requires one member to be gold for ANY communication to occur. So much potential. But the developers have obviously become money grabbers; and they made the price insanely expensive so there’s no point of even a trial run. Just look at all these one star ratings. Get the hint!
P.S. Anyone know if there’s a way to report all these completely FAKE 5 star ratings. All complete obvious one liners paid off by the developers.

2 years later I still can't log in, delete my account, or stop the emails
BEWARE. this app should be removed from the app store for abuse. i've been receiving Dine emails for years but there's no unsubscribe button — they make you log into the app to change email settings. But when I try to log in with FB, I get a series of error messages. so I can't delete my account or stop the emails. the Dine team needs to get their act together and stop using dark design tactics. 0 stars. never use this app.

Yes people. You pay $65/month for this service. To be matched with women who just want a guy to take them to a really expensive $100+ meal. Without even talking to the person and getting to know them. They choose where they like to eat and you schedule a time to meet them their. It’s like a girlfriend experience escort service without the fun stuff.
It’s blind dating with a crazy high dinner bill.
It’s dumb.
It’s horrible.
And people only want to eat in L.A. so it doesn’t matter that you live near amazing high quality restaurants near the beach. Nope they want to go an hour into the city for some crappy wanna be restaurant.
Also most of the girls I’ve met have all been girls who aren’t US citizens and their visa’s are expiring. Or they go to USC and they haven’t eaten anything decent in a week cuz they’re broke college girls.

Here is another one of those apps/websites where you need to pay an ungodly amount of money (for what it does) for a prolonged period of time (locked in for at least 6 months) just to be able to message other members. If it was truly that good, why would you spend that much for that long with a company you don’t know that can’t guarantee results. Just saying.

This is a great way to meet dates I already had few dates on here. No problems with catfish’s. The only problem I had is the matches didn’t really communicate much with me. I Figured my matches were not gold members basically didn’t have a paid Subscription

FAKE ACCOUNTS/PATHETIC PRICES!!!!!
A HUGE percentage of the members on here use whatsapp to communicate, have google numbers, never answer calls, and are no shows. Chances are they’re not even in the U.S.
You can tell by the way they message the people are NOT who they say they are. The sad part is that the person who’s pics are being used are clueless.

Have to Pay to do Anything
This app is only worth it if a person you match with or you are a paid member because that is the only way to send a message. Otherwise you can only pick a place and a date to meet, but I don’t want to meet anywhere if I haven’t actually talked to the person. And what would happen if one of you couldn’t make it?
