Later cannot be opened
There’s a function ‘later’ in this app to save messages to deal with later. Recently that tab just cannot be loaded. Big issue for people who heavily rely on this function. Hope the developers fix it ASAP

One of the worst apps I have ever used.
I have never used this app without having an issue. I wouldn’t use it honestly at all but since foreigners aren’t allowed to download the classroom apps that allowed in China and Chinese are not allowed by China to use foreign apps, and I am a university professor at a Chinese university I have no choice.
It crashes, or is busy, or the interface is just horrible. One specific issue I have with is how you scroll the messages on the computer. The scroll just disappears and it isn’t easy to get it to work in the first place.
It really needs a lot of improvement to get anything other than a 1 star rating. And I have never given an app a 1 star rating 🤯

App has no purpose
This app is currently broken for anyone who wants to use it. The only reason to use this app is because you are connected to a Chinese company or business who wants to use it but you can’t use a Chinese SIM card to register with the app. You need to download 钉钉 the Chinese version of it if you actually want to use it. It’s so dumb how they decided to sandbox the western app from the chinese one and vice versa but it makes this app both broken and unnecessary because honestly who would choose to use DingTalk over google drive or even Microsoft’s thing you would have to be insane.

The best application of Video Conferences
I have been using many online conferencing apps so far and DingTalk Lite is the best application that I want to praise for its well designed platforms; it is easy to manage all the functions it offers. Moreover, it is free of charge and I can also install DingTalk Lite software on my computer, which is considered very useful. Hence I cannot complain about it.

Look I only gave it four stars because that I kept forgetting my OWN password it really isn’t the app’s problem. It is great over all and for me Chinese products are great! I mean there is one thing I am hoping to chang. I have that there would be more sign in options because that I only had student and phone number but other than that it’s okay I was able to do it with phone number

Don’t even listen to those who wrote reviews in bad point of view. There is nothing to complain about. The app work very well. People are just talking bad because it is Chinese. I mean what’s the real problem ppl just don’t want to use this app because it’s from China. Not everything from China is bad. There are bad things and good things.

Crashes
It always has to crash and stops you from Log in, does the app restrict how you communicate and how many people you are supposed to add to your list, please work on it, I thought it is an end to end communication tools. So why does it keeps asking you can’t log back in except you create another account, violation happens when someone complains please look into it and stop crashing and not allowing re login

I’ve tried so many times to setup my account and add a password but it doesn’t work. Now I’m locked out of it until tomorrow.
