UPDATE-
First off, the radar is WAY too big now. Please remove it all together, it is cluttering up the screen and fills the main view area.
Second, powerups can't be picked up now. Extra ammo, health just act like solid boxes. Please adresses that.
Third, the text at top of the screen needs to be cleaned up and trimmed. Leave the "Score" and "Dinosaurs Left" counter in and place the one the left and right sides, not so much near the center. Put the time countdown in the top center.
Fourth, the AI is a good start. Hope to see it improved. That said, keep working on it. You have a solid base here, just held back by a few issuses.

It is a real solid base. But it needs the following fixes in order to truly be great:
AI- The AI needs to be set so that it will constantly chase and attack the player. As of now you need to stand in front of them to get them to chase you. It also needs better pathfinding so it is not stuck trying to run straight to a player behind a rock.
Collision- The whole dino's body needs to respond to damage, not just its head. Even if the damage from a body shot is meager, it needs to be there.
Controls- way too sensitive in aiming and movement. There needs to be a sensitivity option, a fixed stick for movement, and an option to move the aim button. It is in a bad place, too near the movement control.
Other things I'd like to see-
The above fixes
Faster dinosaur movement- It would make the game a lot tenser.
A shotgun, sniper, and pistol.
Pteradons, even tough they aren't dinosaurs.
A beach level. With plesiosaurs.
More enemy variety.
But base fixes first please.
It can be a great game, thats why I am posting this. I see too much potential here to be abandoned.
