Amazing game. It does have a chat feature
My friends and I played the original disc Drivin for years, daily--mostly to stay connected through chat. We would have whole long conversations each turn. Would love to see that feature again. Otherwise, this is a 5 star game.

Good second act, room for improvement.
Update 8/28. Chat is a welcome addition to the game, thus moving my rating from 3 stars to 4. However, still much work to be done around ads (vary from 15 seconds to 2.5 minutes - really? Who is going to wait that long to watch an ad?). There are also still issues when replying some ads for mulligans where the ads don’t accurately show or if they do, when you go again your additional swipes and power ups are grayed out and can’t be used. I’d really like to make this 5 stars but until it’s working consistently, I am unable to do so.
Update 4/5/18. Still no chat or ability to remove all ads for mulligans. Also, certain ads for mulligans do not allow you to click out of them at the end and play after every single turn, even if you restart the game. It’s wasted much of my time since I have to sit there for 30 seconds hoping I can go again when ultimately I can’t. If changes aren’t made soon, I will remove the app and advise others to do the same as well.
The second game is a fresh approach to disc driving. However, it is sorely lacking a full instruction manual on how to play, obtain power ups, etc. as well as the chat function. While I enjoy it, I do hope the creators will continue to update and add missing parts otherwise it will ultimately fall short of the original.

Ads and bugs ruin experience
I like the game but I’m done with it. Finally writing a review. I played thousands of matches on the first one and my stats say I’ve played 485 matches in this new game. I simply cannot continue to play the game in its current form. 1) ADS: The ads are just over the top. They are incessant. I don’t need to go into too much detail here because if you’ve play the game you understand already. If I’ve played 485 Games then I’ve probably watched 5000 ads when you consider mulligans and between each turn. I just can’t bear to watch another one. 2) BUGS: The bugs are super annoying. If I opt to use a mulligan (and watch another ad) I frequently do not get the option to use my power up or use my second swipe (or third). This is a game changer as a whole swipe or two is huge. I used a mulligan to improve my position, not worsen it. 3) I bought the original game years ago. However I never paid for this new game because as others have said in reviews early on, you still get ads! I would be more than happy to pay for the game and continue playing if it would remove ALL the ads and sort out the bugs.

They did it again!
I loved the original disc drivin, played over 1k games with friends and this one did not disappoint! Speed runs are a great addition and way to stay competitive with friends without waiting turns and help you learn the maps. The new specials are great too and I love the mix of classic maps, new ones, and redesigned classics. Great job team! I will surely need to bring my charger everywhere I go for the foreseeable future!

It is a great game. It gets regular updates and stays functional. You can play with friends and other people. It sends you notifications so you k ow when it is your turn to play. It also has multiple modes to play. If you are with someone irl you can play pass and play. If you are not with someone irl you can play over the internet. It is a great buy especially since it is a FREE game.

Buggy and tries to milk $
My family plays this as a way to keep in touch but not annoy one another. We like the chat and it is a way to know that someone who lives alone is still kicking.
To get rid of the annoying adds cost $. Then after playing a few games the app says the other’s in the family are at their maximum number of games… even if they are only in one game. This is a bug or it is intended to cause players to expand their community and bring new customers. Please fix this

Very Fun
The game is great, it is a blast playing with friends locally, but I think there should be a creative mode where you can creat your very own track and play it with friends and also share with people online, but the creative courses should have a limit to things that can be placed on it!! I think doing this will makes things a lot more interesting and fun!

My wife and I have played this game since the first one originally came out. We absolutely love it. I would love to see an option to disable ads though.

A decent improvement to #1. I wish they would make a track building option, so we could have more racing options. Also, what the point of the coins once you unlocked everything? Wish it could be more useful.

Adds in paid app!!?
I would love to give this game a great rating, because it has been a blast to pass and play while waiting in theme park lines...however, I had no idea that I would be watching adds after paying for a game! Is that a thing? I thought that only happened in free apps!!? Furthermore, I don’t see myself playing this enough to ever unlock the fun abilities listed as features (because I don’t want to watch adds!). And I am not going to pay to unlock those features (because I don’t want to watch adds!!).
