The are cute, and there “free” but you only get three and it’s kind a big let down, because the rest of the Disney stickers you have to pay, and my parents won’t let me pay for them. So if you ever get chance to let everyone have the stickers instead of just getting three when it’s supposed to be free because you have a lot of stickers that are Disney and those you have to pay for and these stickers are basically the only ones that are free. Please and thank you.🚫💵➕emoji 🙏🏼 equals 😃

Free? But not Free...
The first review that I read was from sleepy👧🏽, who was disappointed that the entire sticker pack wasn’t free. She said her parents don’t allow her to buy stickers so she was thrilled these were free until she discovered that you only received 3 stickers free and you needed to pay $1.99 to receive the remaining 18 stickers.
To be fair, the product description finally does say “Upon download customers will receive the first 3 animated Stickers for free and can purchase the remaining 18 for $1.99.”
I was wondering myself why this Disney sticker pack was free.
I guess it’s nice to get anything from Disney for free, but I empathize with sleepy👧🏽‘s feelings of disappointment.

The reason these stickers are getting bad reviews is because people cannot find their stickers. When you install these stickers go to IMessage and you'll see 4 little boxes in the bottom left corner. Tap that then you'll see in the top right corner a "Manage" bar. Tap that. Then scroll down and you should see that your Moana stickers are turned off. Tap the button to the right to turn them on then you shouldn't have any problems. Enjoy your stickers! 💋 Have a blessed day!! xo

Unable to restore previous purchase...
I purchased these stickers in 2017 and LOVED them. Due to unforeseen battery issues, I had to do a master reset on my device. I tried to restore my purchase but received the following message: “There was an error restoring your purchase. Please try again later.” Tried several times (I.e., different days, different times) thereafter to no avail. I contacted App support, and they were NOT helpful. I’m livid that I would have to repurchase these stickers despite paying for them over a year ago! What’s the point of providing an option to “Restore my purchase” when I am in fact I am UNABLE to do so!! I wish I could give 0 stars because this is RIDICULOUS!!!!

I love stickers for texts so much I get games just for the stickers. Moana is so cute and my sister loves it so I had to get them! They are so cute and they move, I 💙 them, but you only get three and have to pay for the rest kind of a waist of money cause you don’t get all of them but still cute!!!

can’t restore my purchase...
I purchased these last night, the full pack for $1.99. I got a new phone this morning (literally less than 12 hours after purchasing the pack) I cannot restore the purchase on my new phone - even though it’s the same apple id and such. not really sure why i’m getting an ‘error’ each time I try to restore the purchase. the stickers are cute, and the eye rolling moana is perfect to annoy my husband via texts, but I don’t recommend buying if you’re planning on getting a new phone, ever.

Help us little people out
I feel like these stickers would be amazing, but I can’t use any of them except 3, just because I can’t pay $2! Come on! My mom won’t pay for it and my stepdad has more important things to pay for then stickers. Some people can’t buy stickers so when they say FREE STICKERS they go “oh I’ll get these since they are FREE”. Please please please please please please just make them available for free. Help us little people out. 🥺 - Annoyed 😒

Took stickers away
I bought this pack when it first came out, I was able to access and use all 18 stickers for the past year or so, but as I went to use one today, they locked my stickers, except for 3 and have tried to make me pay for the rest EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE $1.99 THE FIRST TIME I GOT THEM. Please fix this, I refuse to have paid $1.99 to use only 3 stickers it’s unacceptable, they should not be able to take stickers away when already purchased.

There kinda a waste a space😕
Don’t get me wrong all of stickers are cute, but the thing is there is about 10-20 really awesome moving stickers and you only get 3 free and the rest are locked and you have to pay for the rest of them. And in the pictures it shows that the stickers can be moved wherever on to the screen but you can’t actually do that.

Developers, please fix the error allowing only 3 stickers to be used. Myself and many others have purchased your stickers for 1.99, and all the stickers were available. Now only 3 are available and the rest are locked. Please respond to the people who have supported and purchased your items. Thank you.
