Needs some work
This app could have used some more polishing before hitting the market. First of all, the range for the watch is lacking, to say the least. If I get up and cross the room to talk to my boss, I have to reconnect my watch when I return to my desk. Messages come through sporadically, and the heart monitoring, sleep tracker, and calorie count have never worked. That being said, the app is free and the watch wasn’t pricey, so for what you get, it’s pretty good. Wish I could get the vibration for message alerts to work again, though.

Hoping for better results
I downloaded and followed all directions but my watch still shows metric instead of lbs for my weight. The watch also sends all notifications except my text messages which is frustrating.

I’m so over this headache
I purchased the watch because of the waterproofing and vital monitoring. First it stoped monitoring my vitals and due to the last firmware update, my screen is glitched. I contacted customer service and the directions to fix it won’t/don’t work for me. I’m no idiot and if I tell you and show you what is happening, you telling me to follow the directions won’t make it magically happen.

I just updated my watch and the face is completely glitched out. It was working just fine before the update, now it doesn’t display anything

The app it’s absolutely trash. Doesn’t connect properly. Doesn’t have many accurate functions, it’s not user friendly, it’s confusing. And anyways it doesn’t sync with your smart watch. They should take out from apple this app.

This app is trash and it does not link with my M4 Sports Watch - GPS sports Watch and it was mentioned in my instructions papers. It is user friendly at all. I had to use a app call Smart Time instead that is also mentioned with this watch in my instructions.

Won’t connect to my phone and I’ve tried multiple times. I can keep track of my steps, heart rate and BP but that’s it. Can’t even get the right date and time!

All the app allows you to do is login. There’s no place to register . Worthless I’ll send the watch back find something else
