Description
COVID19 Pre-screening questionnaire to expedite entry to campus for faculty, staff, and students. Allowing the school to monitor individuals coming on campus to help ensure the safety of all. Ease of ability to monitor for those with symptoms or a possible positive test to COVID19. Answers to questions will either give a "Clear" screen to proceed to campus entry or secondary screening. Students and staff will complete the questionnaire in the app each day before arriving to school.

Serves it’s Purpose
It wasn’t very difficult to sign in and it works very well. It is responsive and fast. The DLS COVID-19 task force has done a great job. At least they are doing something. I’m not sure if this will really help, but I think it will guilt trip anyone who is trying to go to school with a fever. If I was trying to enter the school even though I wasn’t feeling good, but I then have to answer these questions, I would definitely feel more guilty and I might change my mind. Should be effective!

Overall Effectiveness is Questionable
The app is quite simple, but well made for what it’s designed to accomplish. However, I’m not sure if this is going to be truly effective in protecting DLS from the coronavirus. But I’m not one to jump to conclusions, as only time will tell.
