Good and bad
I really enjoy the Doodle apps, they are all so great. I must say though that I was surprised when I got this free version. You can't save anything unless you upgrade. The upgrade is only .99 and well worth it but the point is, unless you can save your projects, what's the point? Shame on the Doodle people for not allowing people to save anything. They could have limited the options in the free version and then offered more in the upgrade. As far as I am concerned, this free version is worthless unless you want to upgrade. Also, paid versions shouldn't have ads in them.

This is a FABULOUS photo decorating app!!!!!!! It's super easy to use, the artwork is SOOOOOOO FUN, really well done & there's a surprising amount of stickers - I LUV DECORATING MY PICS WITH THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!
There's ONLY 1 ISSUE: WHY THE HECK ARE THERE ADS IN THE PAID VERSION!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I own PIMPY & I've bought most of the in-app purchases, yet IN BOTH APPS THERE'S STILL ADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needs improvement
I love the doodles. The frames are gorgeous and the doodles are fun. I have a couple issues that need addressing though.
Importing a square format picture cuts the sides of the picture off. Resizing the pic leaves white bars at the top and bottom. I understand that the frames are a certain size, but most of the cameras I use create square pics. Maybe modify some frames and allow square pics to be imported as is. That'd be awesome.
Also, when resizing any picture the picture rotates as well as resizes making the whole process tedious and time consuming. I can spend 5 mins trying to get a square image just right. Who wants to do that? Add a separate rotate gesture or button and get rid of the dual purpose rotate/resize gesture.
I don't use this app unless I absolutely want to AND have patience to deal with it. Honestly I'm sure you want people using, recommending and loving your app. Fix these things and I think it'd be great.

Updates Anyone??
I love this app. It has >60frames >100splashes >20 txt balloons ALL colorable. Yes, you can not save without the in app upgrade -- but this is clearly stated in the app description-- which I would buy were it not for the complaints listed here. The Dev should state in the descr that this has been fixed. I note that their other two apps with similar in app purchases do not have these complaints.
However until I am reassured of this fix I will cheat by taking a screen pic and cropping out the ad with the iOS photo app.

Is there any way that you can edit photo without putting the image on white canvas? it is annoying when you want to edit photo from the camera roll, you have to resize your photo manually, then you save it, that white canvas all around it... it makes my photo ugly. but i love the effects.. please do something with this apps.

Hard to start
I gladly purchased this app to save image.
Nice applications. However it is often stopped in start-up screen since I purchased it.
I've deleted and downloaded and upgraded this app repeatedly to use.
Now too tired even to tap it.

"free" app used to be free!!!
I had this on my phone for a long time. It was free & you could save your work! I updated the app & now I have to pay to save my pictures?! What the heck is that about?? If you're gonna offer a "free" app, make it really be free! I really liked the results of my pictures but I won't be giving these developers any of my money. Nowhere in the update info did it say I would no longer be able to save my pictures. That was sneaky & underhanded.

I get that's it's a free app but seriously? What is the point of having an app, free or not, that you can't save any of your work? If, for whatever reason, you decide to download this app anyways, here's a little advise...scale down your work with two fingers and screen shot it. Then open with Photoshop or some other app that will let you crop it. Loophole found.
