What’s going on
Bought coins now can’t get on game can’t get to support so came and rated you if was sooner would have given five stars but what happened lol you need to work on your response, you told me to go to support in the game and was unable to get on game so I went to app to your game and contacted you there, It took several days but am back you took good care of me hope you received my thank you. 4 star because I have a problem with winning 60 k on a 1.5 m bet it’s plain ol disgusting. My big wins are smaller than than other players maybe because of my low level but for some reason I enjoy the challenge of your game. Thanks again for fixing my problem sure hope I have no more😍😍😍

Rude and condescending customer service
The most horrible customer service ever! Very rude and condescending with something that is TOTALLY their fault! Blames everything on the player, though it’s the app that’s messing up. Mine is still not working right. They’re still trying to blame me! They bugged me to rate and comment on Facebook and then blocked me and my comments when I did!!! They are rude and condescending and steal back prizes under the ruse of a bad app. The app still isn’t working correctly but they will not help anymore. “We already did this last week”. Yeah, duh, but you never FIXED anything!!!!!!!!! In response to your response… check the emails I received. Definitely blaming the player. And it’s been over a year since you stole my 6B coins. So you are incorrect on some things. And the behavior of the app is still abnormal. But all MY fault, of course! W/E. I’ll be done with it soon anyway.

The 5 star rating is completely false!! I did this jus to see if my reveiw showed up becuz I have submitted several but fail to see any on app store page!!! Now the truth.. This game app is fun... not much of the time any more been playing for quite sometime but its designed to lose!!! period!! They want your money period!!! I am concinced the games are rigged and yes I have contacted the developers and all I get Is “ we are sorry yournotha ing good luck” !!! I call Bull$&!& !!!! I recommend playing this game...but..pleez dont ever give them your money!!!!!

Up until the newest update that is. Now it's horrible. It doesn't pay out anymore, give you scatters, Jokers, or Bonus games. It just makes you lose and lose with really no benefit anymore, except frustration. I even have my own gold tier group on it, but I am ready to turn the reigns over to someone else, if they'll even take it, and quit the game. It's really turned into a sham of a game now and everyone in my group of 20 agrees.
I refuse to put any more money into this game, especially after hearing horror stories from in game friends over the last few days. Also, notice how they only respond to the positive reviews left here?!
Also, the new update is fine on my iPad (a backup account) but on my phone (main account), an S8+, it will not open at all now after the update. It won't load past 20%.

Do not waste your time on this game in the package that you buy they will change the game and take coins away from you. I had over one quadrillion coins and they brought me down to 500 billion, they said it’s best for the game however they robbed us because those coins were one from purchases we made through the game for VIPs and second chances so don’t waste your time on this game because they will rob you blind they will not stand by you even though you may support the gameThey will find a way to steal your money even when you’re winning! I’ve been playing this game for Over three years and this was the most amazing game ever in the beginning and I actually up until this last update so if you want to lose money, let the game still your coins then this is the perfect game for you but I honestly don’t waste your time or money with this game

I’ll try your game again because you gave me some free coins. If your game hasn’t changed I’ll delete it again! I’m aware that it’s not really a true game in the definition of the word game! It’s a program designed to make money for the developers! I use the app when I’m not busy, but watching all the coins get sucked in by your “games” and then getting all the great deals to buy coins! A person should not have to spend money to play a “free game”! I wouldn’t mind so much if the coins were reasonably priced but why should I pay so much on something I’ll lose. It’s not like I could win real money! So as stated, I’ll try your site again! Just don’t expect me to stick around if nothing has changed! BTW; when I reinstalled the program it started me at level 2, I was a lot higher in levels when I left!

I have to agree with the general discontent with the changes in your game. With each update it is harder to win money and SO easy to lose. At one time I had billions of chips then began losing RAPIDLY after each maintenance. I plan to stay until I’m out then I will leave.
Something that began like a breath of fresh air - especially after Huuuge Casino went totally dark - is now just another game that is losing its respect for its players. Of course you’re in it to make money; but no one wants to be made to feel like a non human commodity. Shame on you!! Maybe you will take this review to heart before there is a mass exodus?

Don't expect a speedy response if you make a purchase and don't receive the product. They replied quickly on my initial request and told me that I needed to wait for the charge to go through because it was still pending. I replied after the charge had cleared, but now I'm on day two waiting for a response to either provide me my purchase or credit my bank card.
This is the SECOND time this has happened, and I've only made three purchases on this app. It's disheartening when you click the "buy" button not knowing if you'll get your purchase right away or have to spend the next two days trying to get a refund.

This game cheats, i hardly win anymore, i stopped purchasing packages cause i was wasting money, i just be wanting to keep playing but watching the glitches in the wheel when they spinning like if it was gonna win then it moves again so you lose, not a fair game, was wayyyy better wayyyy before all these updates, i still play, just not as much, waste of time as much as i like this game, i can’t play a game i can’t win sometimes, not buying anymore coins. When i run out , i am just gonna quit, ridiculous

I didn’t receive my 350K today. I will stay with this game one more day and then leave
