As a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, personal trainer, and massage therapist, I noticed many people have aches and pains from the training. Various guards we use and the overall push-pull of the training takes a toll on the body.
This app will teach and show you a variety of corrective exercises tools to get out of pain based on your symptoms. Which will allow YOU to train longer with a better range of motion and fewer aches during your daily tasks and work.
This has helped many of my coaches and teammates, I know it can and will do the same for you with a little attention and guidance.
