Can’t get a keyboard
When attempting to use this app and search for schools, you press in the search field, and no keyboard pops up. In addition in the top left corner of the screen, you’ll see a constant spinning wheel. I’ve shut down, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, and even contacted support for this as well as a web-based issue and all I get told us they can’t replicate the issue on their end yet with multiple devices on my end it’s constantly occurring. Very frustrating.

Unable to login through the app
I have an account and I’m able to log in online but the app won’t let me login. When I submit my credentials and hit sign in the screen just goes blank.

This app gives zero instruction or assistance and crashes when I attempt to open the main function that I need it for.

No way to change username email
For over 3 years, DragonFly has said they are working on a way to change the account login/username info and have never actually done it (our organization changed our email addresses years ago and I can not change my username on Dragonfly to the new email address). This is one of the most non-user friendly services I have ever run across.
