I love this game, but sadly....
Hello, I've been playing this game for a few years. I love it so much. It's really fun, and I really, really, really want to give it five stars because it deserves it but there are a few things wrong with it. I wish there was a way to save data when you delete it, because a couple years ago I was trying to update it but I paused. I didn't know what to do, because I couldn't enter the app or stop updating it. I had to delete it. After that I went to the app store and installed it again. Once I entered it, I had to restart it. I was on level 29 and I have so much clothes and I was far in the event. It sucked having to restart. Then a few months later I was getting back to where I was but I had to delete it again to update other important apps. I wasn't able to install it till January last year. Once I got it I saw all the new clothes and events. I was excited to play them and read the story. Then 6 months ago everything stopped. No events no new clothes, many people left. It seems like you have given up on it. And payed more attention to dream girlfriend. Please come back to this app, many people love it.

Dang cute
I’m probably in the minority here, but I like this one a lot better than Dream Girlfriend. Something about this game kept me interested for a few months (pretty impressive given I have the attention span of a fly), and I find the animations for the motion rare outfits to be smooth and detailed.
That being said, there are some features missing that I think are important in maintaining the players’ interests. First, where are the events? I see people stating that events have been missing for a while. In some of your other games, events are what keeps the player interested even when nothing else notable is happening in game. Besides the heart touch event, not much else is happening. If you’ve maxed your level/ personalities there isn’t really anything you can do in this game.
Although I do appreciate that ALL eye colors can be purchased with the free in game currency, I do wish we had better options for other things in the shop. But that’s just a small nit picky comment. Everything else about this game is super cute!!

This game is really fun! It's neat to dress your boyfriend up and change his personality. Here's some suggestions:
1. PLEASE make it so that you can buy individual outfits instead of doing the gacha and hoping you get the one outfit you like. OR organize the gacha by personality rather than theme (for example, have gachas unlock if you unlock a certain personality. So achieving the Cute personality would unlock pastel/girlish gacha).
2. Please, more interactive chat!
3. MINI GAMES!! I've wanted this from the very beginning- like the heart catching mini game, but maybe for coins or stars or even gacha stuff. Tap the hearts is cool, but I'd love to see more variation, like a cooking mini game, cleaning mini game, etc.
4. I'd love the option to choose pronouns at the beginning of the game- as in, if you select Male pronouns, your boyfriend will refer to you as "my boyfriend", "he", etc. it would also make more sense when boys like me play the game, bc my boyfriend tells me I look cute in a dress. Yeah, def. don't wear those 😭

Been playing this app for a year now , some things are cool , I love changing their clothes don't get me wrong, but mostly getting disappointed with this app . Dream girlfriend gets a Japanese voice , but we don't? Okay...& why is their a muted voice box on the upper right hand When u chat? Seems very well pointless/ Irritating we don't even have the option to turn IT OFF when theirs No voices! Missions : High ranked people have nothing to do & the max cap has been stuck at 89 . This game only deserves 3 for now until I see some improvements on the game not events , they need to start focusing on the game aspect more then gachas / events . Seriously this game is nothing but $$ grabbing from the upper ranks Bc they have nothing better to do honestly . Other then all this I love my boys with all my heart I'd love them more if I could hear. A SEXY A TO THE double S!!! Voice! Pretty solid
As someone who has been playing Dream Girlfriend for nearly 3 years, it isn't exactly comparable to Dream Boyfriend...yet. DBF is a lot younger than DGF... A lot of reviews complain that DBF doesn't have voice acting, but the voice acting in DGF is actually fairly new. Give Dream Boyfriend enough time and it will more than likely see the same features as Dream Girlfriend. My only complaint however, is that Dream Girlfriend has a significantly better layout. I find DBF rather difficult to navigate. I also personally enjoy the art style in DGF more than DBF, but that is what sets them apart. Another thing is that the terminology between DGF and DBF is different. This is somewhat confusing since the majority of people coming to DBF have played DGF before and they are developed by the same people. For example, dates in DGF are a completely different thing than dates in DBF. Considering how early on it is in its life, however, I think Dream Boyfriend is a very solid game, but definitely has room to improve.

So far since I got this game it has been fun just wish that you could make it were we can get some coins and moons and stars for free but without ads like mini games or something so we can go and get the clothes without waiting a long time to get more moons and stars and coins other than that this game is great and keep going with it and all it's super fun and I like it a lot. I also wish to get the fox hoodie from April login since I didn't get it like I should have since it wasn't yet may but I didn't get it also I wish you could get more closet space with stars besides the coins that way if you don't have coins but you do have stars then you can get closet space when you need it. On my review stays the same the only new thing I have to add is that I wish for more closet space since I don’t have enough space and can’t get anymore since don’t have enough coins to do so so make more closet space please.

Hi! I just really wanted to write this review since I love the game so far but I really have some recommendations that I think would help the game get those likes! (And of course boost the player’s experience).
For one, as a player, I really like the clothes that are available in the special or coin gacha for your bf but the thing is, the star gacha (which I use cause I don’t have money to use for the game) doesn’t have any “special” clothes or anything it just is there for the purpose of recycling the clothes you get there. If you guys could add one or two special sr or even one mr clothes I think it’d be better for us players!
Also I did see the get free coins section in the coin gacha and I went in to check it out but some “offers” are so unrealistic! If you don’t spend money on the game you’ll spend money doing the “offers”. Can you guys maybe do in game events for us players to have a chance to get coins or something? For example, in the Bungo Tales game (yes I did check it out) when you clear a stage you have the chance to get the little moon pieces and those are actually useful when you’re trying to get a new character. Can you add that to this game? The star gacha doesn’t motivate me at all! There’s no good items to get and when I lvl up or get an achievement the great majority of the times I’ll get stars and no coins or useful in game currency!

LOVE this game! One nasty bug, though.
I’ve been playing Dream BF for a little over a month now, and I’m absolutely hooked!! The community is so pleasant, the events goofy and fun, the NPCs are surprisingly well-fleshed out... and, of course, how could I forget the Boyfriends themselves? They’re all so cute. The personality types really let you customize your relationship with them, as well as their facial features, hair, and clothing.
That’s the problem, though – just recently, whenever I go to Closet to change my BF’s outfit/recycle/look at my item inventory, the app crashes. I’ve closed all apps and restarted Dream BF, rebooted my phone, but nothing seems to work. The Closet still crashes.
I LOVE this game, and all my friends who’ve picked it up got hooked on it, too. The Closet crashing is the only problem, otherwise I’d give this a full 5 Star. I hope it will be fixed soon!!!

Good but could use more outfits
This game is really good. I like the fact that the boyfriend is animated for special outfits. I haven't spent any money on this game (yet)and I already have four different motion outfits!
But that was all luck.
My one complaint about this game is that all of the outfits you obtain from it are from gatchas and they are random! It's really hard for me to make my boyfriend sexy and suave, when the game keeps randomly giving me cute fluffy outfits. There is no other way to get outfits except from gatchas, and that angers me to no end.
In the Animal Boyfriend game, you could still get outfits from gatchas but they were a bit more unique. In their general store, you could buy outfits and other important utilities with the Stars you get from working.
If making your boyfriend look EXACTLY like you want for little to no cost is your thing, I suggest you go play Animal Boyfriend instead. But with that being said, this game has much better graphics and the moments and stories are very well written.

Pretty nice!
I’ve had DBF in the past but deleted for some reason I can’t remember, but I decided to redownload it to see if I like it better, and honestly I do! So far I’ve had my new account for roughly three days and it seems pretty good, I do wish they did have VAs for DBF, but it’s something so minor it doesn’t bother me! My only problem is that the interface is a bit odd given that I’m far to used to DGF and MCC (Two other Ambition Co. games), but I got pretty used to it quickly, so it really isn’t much of a problem. To be honest though, some parts of DBF are better than DGF, one big example being how relaxed the default pose is for DBF, which makes normal rarity items much more pleasing to look at. Overall I’d say this is a pretty good game, wether you’re a free-to-play player or not, but if you do spend money it is easier to get better items quicker.
