Overall not bad, but certainly wish I could expand more.
I enjoy the game, but the wait times for things can be ridiculous sometimes. For example, you need to make shoes, but you're going to wait forever it seems for the parts. And trying to get parts for expansions is worse than a root canal! It seems like there is a trick to getting certain things, but just when you think you've gotten it figured out, they change it. Same with the items needed to gain the special prizes...I'd probably get more if I had space for things, or could expand more, or maybe just play this all day and have no other life. (That translates as the milestones are too high.) Overall I like the game, but these changes would make it better.

STORM8 PLEASE UPDATE THIS GAME
I got this app a month ago and I’m on level 15, doing fine. I convinced my boyfriend to get the same app and play it with me a week later, and he can’t get past level 13 because he has no space left. No matter what he does, he can’t get a tripod, a saw, or a shovel for expansions. He is stuck and it’s been 6/7 days of him playing for at least an hour a day without receiving ANY of these items.... I think something is wrong with the algorithm or something and I’ve been doing tons of googling but STORM8 is basically dead online now, last time their forum was posted in was over 3 years ago. I just want y’all to fix this game!!!!!!! It’s such a good idea but there are minor bugs and issues that make it really difficult to play it in the long run. Also the little gated area in the corner has said “special event coming” for over 2 years. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. If you aren’t going to update your app ever, take it off the App Store. It’s far from perfect

Really fun but needs tweaking
Great fun & very addicting, but... there are definitely some improvements that need to be made. We really need to be allowed at least 2 Tradecraft and 2 Kitchenware factories. And some of the crafting times are unreasonably long.
The Apple challenge was fun :) I loved the prizes and had no trouble completing the orders in the time allotted. Graphics are good and there are lots of choices for different businesses and homes to build.
It would be good to have a more even distribution of "special items" used for expanding, enlarging storage, and adding slots. For example, my storage tends to fill with dozens of sledgehammers, but I get very few saws. Maybe these could be stored separately? And if we had a more predictable way of earning specific items, it would be much easier to work on one thing at a time.
Overall it's a very fun game. I love it!

Always running out of storage space and no way to solve except with money
I keep running into the same issue where I can't remove the Newley made item from the factory because my storage is full. Your only solution is to pay money for more storage you get some help by. Selling off items that you needed just to have to make them again and. Clog the works all over again. I've been playing daily for about a month and did buy the starter pack. Now that I'm. Out of gems the game has lost a lot of appeal. I was constantly buying the last bit of property because I'd run out of places to put the stores you don't use anymore, and why do we have to buy houses when they only take up space and give zero revenue, they're a complete waste of land space. Again, this game has really lost its appeal when it seems that the only way forward is through money.

There is so many glitches right now in the game and needs a new update! Also can you please change the times on some stuff that it takes to build and make items! Some stuff is ridiculously long and when trying to fulfill orders some items require multiple things from the same factory and you have to wait almost a whole day to get certain orders filled especially if your working on boardwalk orders also! Inventory space is very limited also since we can't chose to get rid of certain expansion items one by one and can't buy upgrade tools that are needed to get more inventory space!

Desperately needs to be updated.
Good game, but it’s clearly been forgotten about by the company. As others have noticed, the little gated area has been notifying players that something special is coming soon, but it’s been like that for years at this point. It takes way too long to make progress in terms of expansion, and even upgrading things like apartment buildings and malls. I have so many stores in storage so I can replace them with new ones, so that I can have a chance at earning expansion pieces. I wish I could sell some, but that’s not an option for some reason. There are lots of improvements that could be done to this game to make it even better, but honestly I’ve just about given up on that ever happening. I guess Storm8 has given up too.

I just love it!
I can play anytime I want for as long as I want without penalty. I do get a little frustrated with the inventory counting things necessary to expand as well as creation times and the conviction of items to create a specific item, but overall I just LOVE IT! I love it so much I got my mom hooked on it and she also plays it on her device. Great job having a game that captures players from a variety of ages.
Suggestion: Allow players to have the opportunity to connect and trade with players they know. The City Exchange is nice but sometimes I want more than it is offering and willing to trade or pay for goods a friend may have.

Love this game ! I know it is about the company making money but I wish you could expand for a little less coins and have more storage ,? It costs too much !! I play a lot of games and it adds up , they need to have bonuses when you spend so much !!! Also this game had problems after the update and was down off and on for 3 days , I had spent money trying to finish the Halloween challenges but we missed them and was offered no compensation , no extra time , nothing , not even an apology , no customer service and that stinks . You need to appreciate the customers paying your paychecks !!!!!

I really like this game. I would absolutely love it, but the timers on stuff go from great, to ridiculous. And the amount of gold you need for certain things is the same. Then there's residential, after each house- the price goes up dramatically. . . It's totally possible to play without spending any real money, but it gets frustrating. I'm honestly sick of all the spend to play and win games on the market, I would rather just pay an up front price for an app like this without all the gimmick nonsense and be able to enjoy myself for once without waiting 12-48 hours for one building to be done or one item to craft so I can go back to playing.

I can no longer play this game not because I don't want to, it is because it will not let me due to lack of inventory space. I can't fulfill my orders because there is no room to collect items. I only have room for 4 items. The rest are upgrade parts and you shouldn't have to get rid of anything. You can't even chose how many of one upgrade part you want to delete to make room and sacrifice what you already earned. Only leaving me to collect coins off the street in hopes to get the upgrade parts I need to upgrade or buy land. I know this game is free but I did spend $ to get diamonds and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. I also never spend $ on things like this but I was really enjoying the game up until now. It's literally a waste of storage space at the moment.
