Dream Weaver is built on sturdy scientific research. It works by calculating the optimal times for you to wake up at. Then you set your alarm for one of the recommended times. A good night sleep consists of 5-6 sleep cycles (90 minutes). When the alarm goes off in the morning you will be waken up in REM sleep leaving you feeling more alert. Dream Weaver helps you get up and do what you want to without feeling overly tried or groggy.
