DHA App is a new initiative by Dubai Health Authority to provide all services of DHA under one Smart application. Using this app Dubai residents will be able to access DHA’s Smart Services i.e., Manage Appointments, Lab Results, and Medications. Users can also check for Medical Fitness Application Status, Register as Volunteer for Blood Donation services. The app supports both English & Arabic languages.

Zero Stars-does not work- go to Walmart
Base hospital administered the first shot. When I called for my second they informed me that this is how I was to schedule it. It does not work! I called Walmart and they are happy to administer the shot with an appointment through their app (I got one for 2 hours from now). They charge $0 and all I need is my shot card to prove that this is the second and final shot. Save your time and your peace of mind, call Walmart!

This app is well designed with useful functionality. It can be slow when starting which prompts you thinking what it is actually doing! The COVID-19 records keeping is particularly useful.

Is there any ways to update the system it requires higher ios version what will happened if you cannot afford to buy new mobile you will not be able to access the dha? It is not a user friendly

I cannot use the app. It keeps crashing and never opens, even for a second. I did everything(got support from apple), delete/reinstall the app, restart phone, restore phone and finally I purchased a new iphone but again : I cannot open it…

Unable to book vaccine (UAE pass)
After logging in with UAE pass, attempting to book an appointment gives an error and the form does not load. There is no work around and I’m forced to wait until this is fixed.

Unable to book covid vaccine
If you tap on ‘book covid vaccine’ nothing happens. Then if you go to get a walk in appointment they tell you to go home and use the app to make an appointment. Yet the app is broken... This is a bug that could literally result in more people dying.
