History
I think app is pretty good, but lacking is the ability to be able to search and/or alphabetize History. I just got Gifted and realized I saw it in July. It used to be, at least in a Full View, that when you put in Gifted, it would tell you when you returned it. In the app, when you search the movie, it doesn’t tell you. The only option you have is to scroll through your history list. It should be easy to add search to history, or add the option to alphabetize. I don’t appreciate reordering movies and it’s hard to remember every movie seen since we’ve been with Netflix since it’s beginning. Please consider expanding this functionality.

Saved list is asinine
Some movies are in the Saved queue because they haven’t been released yet. But when they are, there are no updates to the disc being released, and the disc gets quietly added to the bottom of the live queue, so you have to scroll all the way down to see what got added recently there. Totally asinine, especially when I’ve got hundreds of films in the queue to start with! There should be a separate side bar just for the Saved queue that isn’t tacked on to the bottom of the main queue

Inconsistent behavior, but useful when it works
This app worked every time before I updated my iPad Pro 12.9” 2g to iOS 13.6.1. Now, it sometimes starts to load and after 10 seconds closes. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app makes no difference. Rebooting the iPad makes no difference.
Since I wrote this review the app appears to be working, raised to four stars. Five stars would see better sorting and search, along with the option to watch videos available for streaming (the website allows this, why do I have to hop to another app for that?).

Logs me out every time I close the app
Updated complaint: The app now logs me out every time I close it. This just started occurring when I changed my password. It’s highly frustrating. I don’t understand why biometric login isn’t an option, which would resolve the issue. Please fix!! Original review (which has been resolved): For some reason the latest update to this app doesn’t show the entire user reviews of movies. It’s not possible to click on the reviews to expand them. The reviews used to be a helpful tool in deciding to add movies to my queue or not. Currently it’s fairly useless to even look at them as the context is lost since they’re not viewable. Please fix this!

New Releases NEVER Available
This is the one company that made NO changes after the pandemic started, service has only gotten worse. The top 53 titles in my queue are listed as: Short Wait, Long Wait, or Very Long Wait. It used to be 2-3, now it is 53! I’ve called repeatedly to no avail. They obviously need to add discs. I was told it may take 30 days to add discs, it has been more than a year. They truly don’t care because they already have your monthly fee. They simply hope you’ll continue to pay for a constantly shrinking library because most people are complacent. Not me, I finally quit. You’ll notice that the Developer does not respond to my review.

Awesome App
This app has grown into its own very well. I remember the first version or two it just looked like a zoomed in version of the browser page. This latest update (not sure when it happened) has turned it into a sleek iPhone app. This is definitely going to be a handy app once Big Telecom puts caps on home internet plans and everyone comes back to BluRay deliveries by mail. Keep up the good work on this app Netflix!!

Poorly designed queue
If you have a lot of movies in your queue, you have to scroll down many times to get to the latest additions.
Then, when you touch a movie so you can read the details, it changes to a new screen. Then when you touch the back arrow, it returns you NOT to the movie you just read about, but back to the top. So, you have to swipe down again and again to get back to the bottom of your list.
Suggestions for your next update:
1. When you are in the queue and touch on a title to get details, then go back, return to the exact same spot in the queue, so you can then move the movie up to the top of the list (or continue looking at the movies in that area of your queue).
2. Have a link at the top to take you directly to the bottom of your queue. Because when a saved movie gets added to your list, it always goes to the bottom of the queue. That’s where I generally go to decide what to put up to the top of my list.

Not designed for discovering new content
This app has a few fundamental flaws. It is not designed for discovering new content. There is no way to rate a movie you have already watched (somewhere else like Cinema) and thereby remove it from suggestions. I don't believe there is a way to do that for movies you have watched through this app. The other major flaw is that it does not tell you if the content is available to stream. Netflix makes such a guys about how both services are two independent sub companies yet they work in the same fashion. I do not recommend this app.

App freezes
If you have a list that is more than one screen it will freeze when you scroll down. As soon as it has to load anything new on a list the app will become completely unresponsive while it loads the new items. It will take several seconds before responding again just for it to happen again when you have to load more of the list. The app did not used to do this a few months back but has been a persistent bug for a long time now that they have not fixed.

Love the app...BUT
I love the app, but the latest update (6/25 or 26)...something went wrong. I tried to log on but it said I had wrong email or password. I didn’t, but changed the password. It still wouldn’t work. I hope you can fix it as it is easier to use than going through the internet all the time.
