WHAT IS DYNAMIC REFORMER PILATES (DRP)?
Dynamic Reformer Pilates is a blend of classical reformer exercises and more athletic moves to create a high energy, creative, results driven class.
A DRP class will typically move at quite a fast pace, meaning the transition between exercises is quick, but without compromising on the fundamental basics of Pilates.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We like to think outside of the Pilates box and get creative! We are forever experimenting with new moves and ideas, which we hope in turn will inspire you to also get more creative with your workouts and classes.
As a member you will have access to weekly updated full classes ranging from 30 mins to one hour, as well as shorter ‘flows’ if you have less time on your hands or prefer to put together your own workout with a series of our flows.
Whether you’re a Pilates trainer or a student, if you’re tired of your same old Pilates routines and want to freshen things up, then you’ve come to the right place!
To access all features and content you can subscribe to Dynamic Pilates TV on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Studio Pilates but on your own schedule.
LOVE dynamic Pilates TV. When the pandemic hit and my local studio closed, I decided to purchase a reformer. After a few weeks of going through some exercises on my own, I decided to give DPTV a try. I’m hooked! The mixture of classes is perfect for me and my husband who is new to Pilates. There is a class for everyone, even if you don’t own a reformer. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and the cues are exactly what you’d get in person. Even in an advanced class they are always giving modifications. Also, the price of the membership is extremely reasonable compared to a studio and now I don’t have to adhere to someone else’s schedule. So happy I found DPTV! Definitely the best fitness app I’ve ever purchased!

Best Online Pilates option!
As a Pilates Instructor and Studio owner, my time is limited and yet I NEED to schedule a workout. I have finally found a resource to help me up my own teaching game in Dynamic Pilates TV. Tiffany and the instructors offer such solid and interesting classes. I appreciate that the app is super easy to use, I can choose which instructor and length of workout I want that day. Tiffany keeps things interesting- we all know her flows are new and innovative. Her knowledge of Classical Pilates comes through in her instruction of fun Pilates Flows making her workouts feel familiar yet super challenging. I have had monthly memberships to many online Pilates classes - Dynamic Pilates TV is easily the favorite with a wide variety of offerings. Can’t recommend Tiffany enough!!

Awesome!!
I am loving Dynamic Pilates TV! Especially the shorter HIIT workouts. I subscribed to Pilates Anytime for years, and while they have great instructors, the workouts were often too slow and not athletic enough to really burn any calories. I hope Dynamic Pilates TV continue to release really high intensity workouts, hopefully with more length options (sometimes you only have 15 or 20 minutes to crush a reformer flow). I would also love to see even just one or two shorter length HIIT workouts on the ladder barrel (definitely some opportunity for a killer short core workout) and some HIIT ideas for the springboard.

I developed my love for Pilates more than 15 years ago after visiting Tiffany’s SLC studios. I miss being able to come to the studio, but this app and the wide variety of workouts are the next best thing. I especially love being able to follow other instructors and being able to choose the times that are best for me. No more excuses to workout! Thanks for such an awesome option.

Refreshing for my Classes
I work 27 hours a week at a Pilates studio and it is refreshing for my clients to have new ideas and Reformer exercises to try. I find the ideas on Dynamic Pilates inventive and challenging for my clients. I am picking up new ideas daily off my subscription that help keep my clients coming back for more and more classes per week. Since I use it for my business my subscription is tax deductible as well!

Great classes but the app needs more flexibility
The instructors and classes are great. But the app doesn’t allow you to select more than one filter. You can choose either the preferred instructor, class length, class type, class level or apparatus. But you can’t select multiple criteria to hone in more closely on the type of class you want. So finding the class you want is way more time consuming than it needs to be. When they fix that this will become a 5 star review.

I simply love all the classes from Dynamic Pilates. Each workout is great and very easy to follow along from home. They have many choices and it’s easy to manage through the options for what I need. Thank you and I can’t wait for Friday’s release 🧡

My Saving Grace
This has been a savior to me these past four weeks because I can keep the body moving. And it’s great to use when I am teaching because it helps me mix up my flows. Sometimes you just don’t think of putting a cardio lunge right in the middle to get the heart rate up!!!

I love Dynamic Pilates TV. There is so much variety. It’s all challenging and creative. I enjoy the workouts for myself, and as a seasoned instructor, I can easily modify for my clients when needed. I highly recommend subscribing. You won’t regret it!
