Please change your iPhone or iPod touch Settings as follows: Launch "Settings" and go > General > Keyboard > International Keyboards Then, select Chinese keyboard. You can switch keyboards by tapping Globe/World key at the left of the space bar.

Useless do not buy
All the keyboards are built into the iPhone. This is a useless app! It is an entirely separate app that you type in. The only way it makes it "easy" is that you get the periods, semi colon, comma, etc on the same page as your letters and characters! Again u can only type IN this app and email it. Seems silly to me. This should have been more clear. Total waste of 99 cents. Would have given it zero stars if I could.
