This app does wonders i have been listening to it for a about a week at bed time n i tell you i feel refreshed and during the day i feel more energized esp. When i am at work. I recommend this everyone who sleep but wake up in the middle of the night staying it till dawn, or who cant sleep at all, or who need more energy during the day, or someone who needs to relax or learn to relax etc,. Give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 if i could.

I used have a fabulous cd for sleep meditation that I was never able to finish because it was so effective. I decided to try this one just to see if it was effective and because I'm so desperate for sleep and relaxation. I have to say, I am impressed. I like the narrators voice and it put me OUT. If there is a paid version with other guided imagery, I will buy it! I'm now looking for smoking cessation hypnosis. I thank you for this free version.

Disappointing
So not okay. Puts you into induction (the hypnotic, open to suggestion state) and then tells you to get the full program and how it has worked for clients. After listening to that then you are guided through a wake up. I cannot recommend!

Does NOT work. Just as I was finally r beginning to relax, this annoying voice started saying, " this is just a taste of the real hypnosis we can give you... Now buy the app!" worst relaxation app I've listened to yet.

U re-recorded all ur hypnosis apps in a metal box? The reverb is horrible fix it it is not relaxing anymore. Ur voice used to soothe me and now it irritates me!
