Bonny🌺,
Perfect companion to a healthy lifestyle!
I love and have been following Eat Move Rest for a few years and finally subscribed to the meal planner. Not sure why I waited so long! This planner simplifies WFPB eating. It is loaded with easy to prepare, full flavored, family friendly recipes. It is a breeze to customize the weekly menu along with adjusting serving sizes based on your needs. I love the grocery list so I don’t miss out on purchasing ingredients for the week. Erin & Dusty are consistently adding new recipes to the planner, which I love! There are also amazing workouts included to keep you moving and motivated.

Best recipe app for Vegans
If you’re looking to truly eat healthy, download this app. It’s not just vegan eating, it’s the healthiest vegan eating. The recipes are from whole foods, everything plant based. Highly recommend!

Yum!
So many of my fav recipes are for this app. If you have any questions the app team is quick with response so is Erin and Dusty through instagram. Most of the not usually seen ingredients can be found at health food stores (which they usually go in more depth in their YouTube videos so check those out) or there Amazon store front.

So happy about this app
I’ve been following Eat Move Rest on YouTube and this will be very helpful when grocery shopping. Quite surprised there was no charge. Love it.

Half built app
I was very excited to buy this app for recipes as I love their YouTube channel. However, the recipes are nearly impossible to follow since they either lack the type of measurement needed or it’ll be a very strange measurement such as 1/6 tablespoon almond butter. I have a culinary arts degree and live in a food Mecca and have somehow been shocked at the rare ingredients needed such as Alma powder or coconut powder. Worse yet there’s no explanation as to why we’d use these types of ingredients. It seems someone jumped the gun and launched the app way too early for consumer consumption when it's truly only fit for the early beta testing phase. I would not pay $70 a year for this. It should be free considering the state it's in.
