Convenient but needs improvement
Overall the app is very convenient for students however I am having issues playing back the lectures in HD. The source 2 video gives me the option to play back in HD while source 1 is only showing SD (almost unreadable). On the website both videos allow for HD which is great, I’m not sure why this problem persists on iPhone (iPhone X).

I can watch my lectures on my iPhone!
All I had to do was log into my WPI account and I was good. I guess they fixed whatever errors were preventing people from doing that before or my school set something up idk, but it works and it is easier to sign into than canvas. Also looks like it has additional features additional features. Great job guys.

Horrible app
I’m honestly surprised by this abomination of an app created by this company. I use Echo 360 for law school; thus, I utilize it (on my computer) quite frequently. One day, I decided to download the app so I could listen to lectures on car rides etc. however, much to my dismay the app works about as well as internet explorer on a 1998 computer with dial up. This application is poorly made, doesn’t represent the product well, and was an overall disappointment. Hopefully they see how low the rating is for their app and someone takes some form of accountability in fixing this issue!

Garbage - no pride in their product
Don’t bother if you want to watch/listen to things from your class on your iphone while you clean your house, drive, or exercise. Logging in only gives you a standard privacy agreement then boots you back to login. Using their “app” gives you the same screen then tells you, your session has expired and boots you back to login. What is my tuition going to? Contact this company if you are having the same issues.

Improvements
Happy lectures are downloadable for watching when not connected to WiFi. However I wish the app would go up to 3x speed since 2x is still too slow sometimes. I also have difficulties with reducing the split screen to 1/4 size on an iPad air 2, the menu blocks the slides.

App doesn’t work on tablet
I have an Apple 6th generation tablet running iOS 12.4.1. The videos won’t start and time out. I’m disappointed as a student because I’d like to take notes on my Mac while I watch the video on my tablet since it’s easier to type on an actual keyboard. It is not my WiFi everything else works fine. I’ve restarted the tablet it still won’t play the videos. I asked Apple and they said it is the app.

Nice, but...
I use this on my iPad to multitask with taking notes during class lectures, but when I use the app on the multi-window display on the 1:2 ratio for echo 360 to any other app respectively, the menu bar slightly peaks out of the left side and blocks half of the echo 360 screen. Please fix this!

Basic App
Can watch videos/read lectures while at the gym, but otherwise a very basic app. Good for what it is. Would like the ability to watch & participate in livestreams with professor . Have to use bulky laptop instead. ):

So far so good
So far so good, however, the pause and play button on my keyboard is still not working. Fast forward and rewind work fine. Hope that this can get fixed soon!
