FOCUS is a tools for coaches, trainers and students to get more focus on what they do. Is based on the pomodoro method and allows anyone to use this technique.
The method: The Pomodoro timer is a well-known productivity interval that has been shown to improve your productivity. It gives you a prescribed interval of 25 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute break. After 4 work intervals, there should be a 15-minute break.
The app is plain simple. Start, stop and resume your focus cicle, doing it manually or in cycles and allowing to keep the screen always on.
