我今年一月份了解到这个软件，目前大概已经用了三个月了，并且应当可以被称为活跃用户。
总体而言我认为blabla是一款具有活力的软件，我也能感受到开发者的用心，会接受来自每一位用户的反馈，但同时我也想提出以下几点（个人）问题。
1⃣️有渠道反馈是好的，但看不到结果是更加令人失望的
不可否认”thx for feedback”可以在短时间内起到安慰剂的作用，但很快用户会发现那几乎就结束了。同时大量收到内容相似的反馈是对“精力”的一种非高效利用。不妨放置类似于共享文档的链接，可以让用户自由“+1”或提出新的问题。
2⃣️能够感受到软件在创造清朗英语学习空间所作出的努力，但不可否认blabla的很大一部分特色功能是roundtable。如果想要在收费与可持续运营方面取得平衡，我认为增加如对非会员用户一天/月开房间数目or时长的限制可能会吸引更多人想体验会员功能。（相信从软件创立伊始就已经收到过许多关于2h时长的疑问，如果不能取消，我觉得可以合理利用好）同时我注意到之前有类似“孵化计划”这类作者可以由平台方进行洽谈，给予免费会员服务。
3⃣️用户隐私保护
我个人对这方面有一些“钻牛角尖”，这里的隐私不一定是真的涉及地址一类的，而是说比如“跟读”“收藏”“过去房间记录”等功能我认为也是私人的，一方面有些跟读莫名无法删除，有的点赞也没法取消（原作者收不到，点赞者却一直有记录），另一方面希望有🔒的功能。此外有注意到之前无法取消对居住地址（精确到区）的显示，现在好像没有这一方面的烦恼了。
4⃣️宣传方面
作为blabla的忠实用户，我真的希望有更多人可以了解到这个平台。希望可以加大在b站等平台宣传，宣传的重点不一定是“相对平价”课程（以及目前的宣传手段还是新用户免费课吧，但实际是优惠券:) 明明注册的时候有优惠码功能，我觉得那个如果利用起来可以方便很多） ，而是“不必畏惧开口”以及丰富多彩的内容等。
