TEMPLATES
Use the standard template or build a custom template. With a custom template, you can create the entire walkthrough, from custom domain names to custom checkbox labels. You can also add comments to each question as well as photos and videos!!!
TEACHERS
See individual teacher profiles and performance as well as the last time you completed a walkthrough for them. Add teachers individually or use the bulk add option to add all your teachers in a few simple clicks.
REPORTS
Search for past reports of walkthroughs and export them to PDF or to email. Reports stay in the cloud and are accessible for as long as you keep the app.

The free version is for individual users to try out the app. This version allows for users to create templates, add teachers, and complete up to 5 walkthroughs per month. Premium features allow for unlimited walkthroughs, templates, collaboration among teams, and analytics.

To access the above features continuously, You can choose a monthly or yearly subscription as listed below.
- Monthly Plan : $15/mo (Subscriptions auto-renew monthly.)
- Yearly Plan : $150/year (Subscriptions auto-renew annually.)
-Payment charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase, automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period.
-Account will be charged for renewal 24 hrs before the end of the current period, & identify the cost of the renewal.
-Subscriptions & auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase.
-No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed while the subscription is active.
-Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Only played with the free version.. but really liked my ability to create my own evaluation and how easy/intuitive it was to edit the delivered one.
This is an app an administrator could quickly pick up and evaluate their staff with… and then share feedback real-time.
Does what you need, very straightforward. I think this could be used outside of the school/education setting well too.

Add reporting purchase option
This app is well laid out and user friendly. I would like an Individual User option to include the reporting and analytics. Applying agile methods to self-reflection, trending over time, and incremental improvement would be fantastic capabilities for any professional. Maybe you will consider a lower price option for adding reporting and analytics to the free plan? This would enable individuals and small teams who don’t need more users can still get insights form their data.

Excellent app for teacher feedback!
This app makes doing teacher evaluations so quick and easy! So much better than doing it on paper and then digitizing the information. Really reduces redundant work and reduces the time it takes to get feedback done!

A survey for anything
Used this to observe student teachers. Mainly used the standard template but was able to create a couple very easily when the standard didn’t fit our survey. One place for all the data to be stored- very efficient!

Must have APP for my SCHOOL!
Extremely easy to use and intuitive. I’m not sure how I ever even managed to provide feedback to teachers before this app. Great way to keep teachers informed and create a feedback loop that is transparent and tangible!!!

Easy to set up templates for classroom observations. I use it on my iPhone and send emails automatically through the app.
