El Perú Cáceres Wellness es centro de ocio y bienestar referencia en Extremadura. Para mejorar tu experiencia en todas nuestras instalaciones, aprovechar ofertas especiales y seguir tu entrenamiento y tu estilo de vida también cuando estás fuera, hemos diseñado esta novedosa app.

Nuestra aplicación tiene cuatro áreas principales por las que se puede navegar a través de la barra de pestañas:
- NUESTRO CENTRO: descubre nuestros servicios deportivos y de ocio, como horario de dirigidas, retos y novedades.
- MI MOVIMIENTO: aquí encontrarás lo que has decidido hacer en tu tiempo libre, tu programa personalizado, lo que entrenes en pádel, natación o en dirigidas, los recordatorios, los retos en los que participas y todas las demás actividades que has programado.
- RESULTADOS: lleva un seguimiento de tus progresos y medidas mediante gráficos y comparativas, y se más activo y saludable cada día.
- OTROS: en esta nueva área puedes dejar tu feedback, sincronizar tus apps, conectar tu banda de pulsómetro y configurar tu perfil.

Todo lo que realices con tu llave en nuestro centro, lo que realices con el móvil, lo introduzcas de forma manual o sincronizando otras apps, como por ejemplo, Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag y Withings, se subirá a la nube para que todo tu entrenamiento esté dentro del mismo sitio.

Now you can share your workouts with your friends:
- Share the results of your activities with a photo
- Share a photo of your progresses from your phone's gallery

And that's not all! We have solved problems and optimized the overall performance of the app.

Thanks to the video exercises that have been integrated in a more effective way in your training program, you will feel more involved in the workout execution. You could also benefit from nutritional and lifestyle tips, if envisaged in your program.
- Using the new chat, you will be able to talk in real time with your Coach (if you have one!)
- We have revised the design of some environments
- We have corrected some problems that you reported us and improved the general performances of the app.
