The application is easy to use the services delivery through it is horrible
I have used the application several times
The order always take long to arrive while the pharmacy is less than 15 minutes away
And the last order took more 2 hours and hasn’t arrived yet ,still waiting for it to arrive
And I can’t order something from a pharmacy slightly away from me if it’s not available in my area unlike ordering by phone
Overall the application is fine but the service is really horrible

Useless App
I tried to order my monthly medication and could not do it. I called Ezaby and was told to send an email to customer support. The email bounced back because customer supports mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages. Waste of time. Do not download.
